You can do this with photoshop system … it is easy… take the photo in dark… the system can modify like it is day… photons and water substance … money laundry boring

Private security firms and maybe police use this to spy on people to see if they are carrying weapons or drugs or electronics under their clothes. That would depend on the camera. IR cameras can work at ranges of 10+ Km. I am unsure at what range is required for the photography of underwear fetish fans.
