I agree. It's perfect except for that. Much safer operation with one. Inside to risky, lack of visibility, and to many distractions. That small topside deck would be perfect location. But I'm not sure if that's the bow or stern.

I too question the year of the boat. However, if "custom" includes interior decoration, then the interior would reflect the owner's taste rather than date! And with regard to that, it looks like the set designer for the movie Good Fellas threw up in there! I'm assuming the interior says "opulent" to the owner, but to me screams tacky and gawdy. Good luck finding the another person with that awful taste willing to shell out $299,000 for it.
I will admit, when I watch these I'm not looking at the furniture, but the actual layout of the rooms, kitchen, etc. And for that, this was actually quite nice.
I could forgive everything... but those "gold" blinds need to be shoved up their exit chutes.

@@cuddy9215 Its harder to rearrange the room layout than it is furniture. That's why I look at the layout on these videos. Watch enough, and they all start to look the same, no difference. So seeing one that is different is exciting.
@@rizon72 I get that. In my opinion this particular unit goes beyond rearranging furniture though, it’s due for a Reno. That’s why I say find one like this for a price that’s worth it, and spend some money on renos or do it yourself
