    Fantastic work Rupert. As a couple of others have said, it’s rare to see a real photographer with a CZcams channel. I’d love to see you do some in camera double exposures.

    Stumbled upon your channel and have subscribed … think your work is fantastic, a real photographer! Whilst I get the sense you want to keep these bite-size, some shooting/settings advice if possible would be great. Thanks

    awesome. with respect to exposure, are you metering for the scene on the street vs the reflection? What do you find the stop difference is between the reflection and the scene during bright mornings?

    • @rupertvandervell
      @rupertvandervell  Před rokem

      Hi Bill, metering for the brightest part of the reflection for the most part.

    I tried to get some shots using puddles as a reflective surface this past weekend but didn't get anything I was happy with. Do you have specific advice for puddles?

    • @robinbhairam7508

      😂 I was exactly the same! All that rain and not one keeper …

    • @alex-reay
      @alex-reay Před rokem +3

      Sean. Try getting closer to the puddle. Real close so that your camera is pretty much touching the water.
