    We have a problem at the factory - fittings are transported together with stones. The crusher fails after the rebar hits. What do you recommend? Magnetic catchers - suspended ones can't cope. Fittings under the butts weighing more than 100 kg.

    Great video. As a man , I find it very satisfying - like watching 3 stooges -women just don't get it. This material looks like perfect traintrack bedding.

    Excellent screen feed and you choke fed cones. Very nice set up. One draw back hopper skirting quality is poor that will show up in reduced belt life. Your set up is fantastic regardless.

      @@waltershoults7132I wonder if this is the normal production rate . If anything happens the epuipment would be buried immediately.

    Wouldn‘t be easier, cheaper and ecofriendly to take away the infinite Sahara sand?

    • @samkom33
      @samkom33 Před 3 lety

      the sahara sand doesent have the right SIZE and propertys to make strong concrete..
      you nees sand without dirt particles + bigger aggregate say 8-25 mm + cement to glue it toghether to make say a load bearing beam.
      clean sahara sand might have its uses though. say as plaster.hehe but it wouldnt be cost effective... last time i needed some cheap sand, i just walked to a nearby beach and got a few buckets.
