The last part of the quest, the one with Kaveh, is called "Pride and Prejudice", like, it's not even subtext anymore
Fun fact: The first two files you searched referenced 2 characters. The first about the one that wrote the thesis was Wanderer(Confirmed in an expired Sumeru event). The second one about the ghost was actually Layla(Confirmed in one of her hangout storylines).
The one who wrote the thesis from Rtawahist darshan was other-Layla, and the ghost of Pardis Dhyai was Karkata wasn't it? :o
This is one my favorite. I just cant help but love Alhaitham. 😂 His no nonsense attitude and interaction with Kaveh gives me giggles.

I just did this quest last week and yeah seeing the title to this video alone, I definitely agree. Alhaitham is my main husbando, I love him so much! Also, all of the previous Sumeru story quests were so heavy at times and I wanted to cry, so this one I felt was more 'light-hearted' for me and I found myself laughing at just how smart Alhaitham was. Seeing how he came up with the plan to save Nahida, his actions here didn't surprise me in the slightest.
Also, I have experienced trauma in my life 2 times and don't have any memories of 2 incidents. They're very personal so I won't mention them but suffice to say I will never try to remember them because I think this was just my brain trying to protect me from myself. Plus remembering wouldn't do me any good, it only causes more harm. So I definitely related to a few of the things about what Alhaitham said when it comes to memory loss.
Lol, I can see why ppl ship Kaveh and Alhaitham, but I don't for selfish reasons lol, plus I am not into yaoi. That's just me though.

YES YES YES!! i just finished binging all your sumeru videos (starting on fontaine after this) and i was literally thinking to myself yesterday, "i really hope alhaitham's quest gets played soon, i want to see that reaction" and now here we are 💀
kaveh and alhaitham.. theres definitely things going on between them, doesnt matter if you see them romantically or platonically or what. theres just SOMETHING
This was a good story. Also liked the battle with the chicken. I used Yoimiya's machine-gun pew-pew power to take down the big guy.

Please, someone explain to me what people are praising the quest and it's cutscene for. I really don't understand. The first time playing and every time watching later I sit through it with a completely blank mind. Like, yeah there's some philosophical statement. But people are cheering like it's a cinematic and writing masterpiece. Which I don't see here.
