যদি ক্যামেরার সামনে কথা বলতে কেউ রাজি না হয় তাহলে প্রথমেই সেই protocol টা দেখতে চাওয়া উচিত। এরপর যদি বলে আমার অনুমতি ছাড়া আপনি রেকর্ড করছেন কিভাবে তাহলে পাল্টা যুক্তি দেওয়া উচিত, সিসিটিভি তে আমার ছবি তোলার অধিকার আপনাকে কে দিয়েছে? আজ যদি apple store থেকে কিছু কিনতে যাওয়া হতো লাফিয়ে লাফিয়ে ওরা কথা বলতো ক্যামেরার সামনে। সুতরাং এটা চালাকি ছাড়া কিছুই না

সেই থার্ট পার্টি স্টোরকে শুধু এপেল অধিকার(Authorize) দিয়েছে এপেলের প্রোডাক্টগুলো বিক্রি করার জন্য।
এপেল আসলে ঐ স্টোরটির দায়িত্বে নেই।
এপেলের উচিত তাদের কাছ থেকে authority নিয়ে নেওয়া।

Once I was a fan of Apple but gradually I found out that Apple is all about cutting customer's pocket. After that I do not feel any affection to Apple products. They intentionally kept their product separate just make people obliged to them. The charging port was a prime example of that. Thanks to EU to force Apple to integrate type C port. Apple is even bringing technologies which will make third party repair impossible. Other brands are flourishing a lot nowadays in both software and chip and that is why Apple's monopoly will end soon.
It is not apple store, it's third party there is 2 stores in india, not in Bangladesh or pakistan

Actually as per Apple worldwide policy the authorised service centres are not allowed to Repair but to change the fault item. Yes this is a big drawback of Apple policy… but thank god we are in India where any Apple products can be repaired.. otherwise in other countries you have to shed big bucks!!

There is no scam at all. It is a known fact that Apple always replace products and not repair it. If the main logic board is gone, you have to pay for the stipulated price. Purchasing an AppleCare would be great while buying the laptop. They are not charging any money from u without a receipt, are they ?? Comparing Emall products with a branded product is reaaly foolish.

Apple have no real showroom or trained technicians in India. They are a reseller only and not been trained enough. Apple showrooms are in London, NY, Singapore , Sydney, HK , Tokyo. Those are fully glassed building 8-9 stories in height. So it’s not a real surprise what happened on this video. 😂
