This is my childhood going right in front of me. 90210 was a part of my whole teenage life while Ruth helped me understand that the thoughts I was having were normal. And Richard well he was a ball of joy and my gramma watched him even though she was healthy. He made her feel better. These three people will truly be missed.
Shannen was a true fighter. She fought 4 years with stage four cancer. Ladies let's use her example. Let's make sure we're doing all we can to stay on top of our health!!! She fought like a champ and you will be remembered for your bravery and openness.

She is forever remembered as Teresa Brisby in The Secret of Nimh, Heather Duke in Heathers, Brenda Walsh in Beverly Hills, 90210, Prue in Charmed, and herself as the host in Scare Tactics. Although she was known for being too difficult to work with and had a terrible feud with Alyssa Milano, it’s very sad that she lost the battle with cancer.

It has been raining so much these last few days there is so much grieve with all these losses yet release and relief at the same time. Shelley, Duvall, Richard Simmons, Ruth Westheimer, Donald Sutherland, Benji Gregory.
None of them are suffering anymore. Especially Shannen Doherty I watched her as a kid, then introduced her to my kid. 😢 😇it’s so surreal she never had kids her career was her legacy and her children.
She was the victim of bad circumstances losing her home in the Woolsey fire, her divorce at a horrible time, and losing her Sag Aftra health insurance. This was a lot for her to deal with. She still remained vigilant and had so much selflessness to her Mother whom she cared deeply for. In paradise she will be her younger healthiest and yet still wise self.
God bless you, Shannen. One of the last talented actresses Hollywood had at your age. They didn't appreciate you, but your fans did. Rest in power. 💐 💐 💐 💐 💐 💐

Those of us born in the early 70s literally grew up with her and saw her from start to finish in her career. I remember all of those shows that she was in from the time she was little until she got older. It's very heartbreaking to see her life come to an end when she had fought so long and hard. I was hoping that she would beat this, and she did beat it for a long time. Longer than most. But 9 years fighting cancer would wear any of us out. RIP Shannon Doherty, you will be missed.
