So, this is going to be same in Kerala, Rich family will save their children and poor family cannot afford, and government of any Indian state can help these boys because they do not have any system.
So, in Kerala if you are poor and drug addict you are not going to live any longer and the individual who takes drug or sell drug knows this.
So, what will he ends up, He will either kill himself or kill others and become a criminal (both are bad choice)
Drug lobby is mainly Islamic terrorists and Mexicans (south Americans) along with north Koreans. Even Americans have no control on them, then how can Narendra Modi or pinarayi can help.
