Oh My Goodness....what a treasure trove. Margreth....you are always inspiring.....but THIS, THIS got my creative juices going crazy. I have a lot of old postcards for instance that my family are not going to want....but for scrapping and tags and journal cards??? YES!! Sophie is so very generous with her treasures and gifted to you because you are a kindred spirit. This is one of the very BEST journals of all time. The Viewmaster with clock hands, the measuring tape with eyelet tabs, the use of film strips, the list goes on and on. Each and EVERY page was full of anticipation as her talent just spoke volumes. It is a quality journal, best ideas and material. Thank Sophie for all of us, and most of all for gifting to such a deserving person like you. To say I am impressed is an understatement. Oh my. ❤😂🎉 I live in Glendale Arizona . My dogs started barking. My son & I woke up to check on our barking dogs. They never bark so we knew it was urgent . As we checked on them it was a storm coming in. It was so windy that our French foots were whistling from the strong wind trying to bust those doors. They looked like they were bulging in ready to break through. ❤😂🎉It was 1am . I was wide awake so I decided to watch your happy mail . I am so happy I did. . I have never isuch beautiful exquisite french ephemera as the one Sophie sent you. I’ve never seen such beautiful paper my life . 🌹🙏🦋 Who is Sophie. ??? I absolutely loved it all. Yes Sophie we would love to see you on CZcams. What a fabulous gift, yes I’m green with envy😂 all those yummy goodies. My favorite ideas from Sophie was her use of postcards, advertisements backed for pockets, the ways she used film, the transparencies. All of it was wonderful. What a great video❤️ I have a book of miniatures that has photos of miniature paintings/photos of people that were keepsakes. That may be what Sophie used. A big thank-you for sharing😊

So, Margreth, I assume you will never set foot in a thrift shop ever again as you now have enough vintage/antique papers and bits and bobs to last forever!😊 Oh my goodness, what a treasure trove. I was so excited, and jealous, to see it all. Did you hear me screaming at 43.27...the Ordonnance papers had Alfred's name on them!! Sophie made a treasure journal (nothing in it is junk) with so many clever ideas. TFS❤ I had to watch in 2 parts but it was a joy.
Gosh I can not wait to see what you do with some of these treasures. I can only imagine what Sophie has left in her studio. What a generous gift. I live in Australia and we don’t see these sort of bits and bobs. Well not where I come from in the bush anyway. Maybe I’m looking in the wrong places. So interesting. Sophie’s Journal made me breathless! So so Inspiring! As a newbie JJ addict …..I find difficulty sometimes moving forward because I overthink things to make everything more cohesive. I love how this journal has no theme, yet it does at the same time. Such sweet addicting eclecticism ( might be a made up word lol)

What a wonderful generous gift from Sophie. The journal was really a labour of love and so inspiring, to give such a gift shows just how much your viewers value what you share with us. I really hope Sophie starts her CZcams channel. So much inspiration in her journal. I especially loved how she used the large fussy cut images as tuck spots. That is a brilliant idea and one I will definitely be using 😊.
The little book looks like a first holy comunión book, maybe you can make a photocopy of some of the images... Mine is made of Nácar on the outside and gold with a clasp, they are beautiful.

I am speechless!!! This is so wonderful. My paternal grandparents were from Northern France almost to Belgium and so this all speaks to my heart. I too collect old photographs and especially wedding photos. I feel like I am giving them a home and they are long lost relatives. i would follow Sophie so I hope she decides to do You Tube. I will also be "borrowing" some of those great ideas. Thank you for sharing your wonderful gifted items with us. You inspire me!
