Thank you for posting your new molds! They look very sturdy and practical. May i ask how many oz of batter do you use for each mold?

I used 67oz each loaf. The bars are almost 4” tall. I use a 1.5:1 water : lye ratio so depending on your recipe you may need more or less than 67oz :)
