4 Litres Buttermilk
Directions
Put a pot on the stove on low heat, pour in the Buttermilk and cover and let sit on low heat for 2 hours and 20 minutes, leaving the pot on the stove, turn off heat and let cool to room temperature. Drain the cottage cheese and leave it in the sieve or cheese cloth and let it drain over night.
store in a zip loc bag in freezer
