என் அம்மாவோட very special birthday in USA - Homemade orange chiffon cake ~ USA Tamil vlog

Hello everyone
We celebrated my moms birthday for the first time in US.
Orange chiffon cake -
Ingredients:
Cake flour - 2 cups
(Take out 4 tbsp of maida and add 4 tbsp of corn stretch to make cake flour )
Sugar - 1 cup
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Orange zest - 2 tbsp
Egg yolk - 7
Vegetable oil / sunflower oil - 1/2 cup
Orange juice - 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Egg whites - 8
Cream of tartar or lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
White sugar for egg white beating - 1/2 cup
Bake at 325 degree Fahrenheit or 160 degree Celsius for 55 mins .
Do not forget to cool the cake upside down.
