Love all of your content. But, for me, you are the first cruise vloggers I ever watched. LOVED LOVED LOVED all of your early content. Basically, I like seeing you both choose dinner, do the silent disco, go on excursions. Those vlogs inspire me!
Great informative and entertaining presentations by both of you, as always! Together or solo, you guys always rock! Great editing, cool lapel mikes, hardly noticeable and great fidelity. Love the comparison and Griff made me laugh out loud when he ad lib with things like the sudden spot light in his face during the Rapunzel show and the cheering and applause that occurred about the time his entree arrived! That was pretty darn funny and spontaneous! Over all, great job and love you guys and cameo appearance by Noa! Also, appreciate the "peek" behind the curtain on how you video the "solo" cruises! Safe travel! 😎😎😎
fully shattering that 4th wall on Disney was by far the best part and while it is wierd to know that the whole family went on both ships, I still enjoy the versus and the back and forth.
not at all representative. massive premium to be the first guests on the new island. you can get the magic for 7 nights for 2 w a veranda and stops at both islands for $3500. free room service and free soda come with DCL. that trip up in the RCL ball costs extra.
Well soda on RCL runs about $9 a day so I guess you are saying adding $63 to the RCL fare with the RCL having a balcony and the Disney a porthole evens them out. First on the island? You mean the sand will be different if you go another time?????? It’s kind of like saying seeing a movie the weekend it ones out means if you see it a month later, the movie somehow has changed??? My view is I lived without it all these years, I can persevere a bit longer. Interestingly, I have a holiday sailing on symphony with six balcony cabins and the, category 2D with each cabin getting $175 innOBC except mine where we he rv$375 in OBC. The only cabin that comes code to the Disney price is the cabin with my son and z3 kids. As to room service, continental id free on RCL besides I’ve never used room service ever on a cruise. I’m always out and about. If I want room Service, I can put a tray on our bed, at home.
Love all your videos. Thanks for showing the prices for two different cruise lines. Thinking I will do the royal instead of Disney due to the significant of prices but thanks for the ride alone. Grandparents must have Noa?
As for DCL, the pier is too long. It needs trams and shade. Overall, the beach doesn’t look ready! I’ll wait another year before sailing to Lookout Cay.
The Bahamas made Disney make a pier like that. The reef under it is protected so they had to build a long pier, and it had to be a certain way so it can’t handle the weight of trams.
Upper income with kids go to Disney cruise. Low and middle class income people with kids go to Carnival. Mid to upper incomes (and older) go to Royal Caribbean. Also consider which is safer for taking your older parents because teens and kids running carelessly running up and down hallways and stairs can cause them to fall. This was a problem on Carnival
Having sailed on both lines plus Carnival, I personally feel Disney is a little overrated. I have three boys that ranged from ages 10-16 when we were on the Wish last year. I think the food options and activities were lacking behind what Carnival and Royal offer. A lot of this I am sure had to do with the age of my boys. The quick bite type of food was more like park food to me on the Wish. However, we did enjoy the first run movies on the Wish and the Aladdin show was one of the best production shows we have seen at sea. But, the fares for Disney is ridiculous when you considered everything you get. What I paid last year for a four day balcony cabin on the Wish over the week of Thanksgiving is almost the same for a seven day infinite family room balcony cabin on the Star of the Seas which I booked earlier this year sailing during the week of Thanksgiving 2025.
Curious. Are you guys sailing both ships together but filming as if solo to do these comparison vids or are you actually sailing solo? I wouldn’t want to sail without my other half 🥹. Thought I heard Griff talking in one of Alyssa’s video and looks like a crib in Griffs video. I’ve not sailed Disney yet but those churro Mickey waffles are calling me 😂. Ok pirate 🏴☠️ baby Noa. So you’re sailing together but filming together and independently for the comparison videos. Fabulous. In terms of the pier , just lead me to the accessible list. A 15-20 minute walk not for all. Thanks for sharing 🤗.
They're traveling as a family. In one of Alyssa's clips she has a sippy cup in her hand. It seems like a fun way to give us videos while they trade off vacationing vs filming at the same time. And Noa looks adorable on Pirate night.
@@renise011 I missed the sippy cup but heard Griff talking across the table. Thought I heard Noa once and when I saw the crib I knew and he confirmed. Thanks
1 ship is 10 years older then the other and the new disney island is barely open. this is a strange comparison given the Magic is loaded with characters an RCL cruiser doesn’t care / get. how much did a trip in the ball cost ? btw - you can book a 7 night on the Magic for two for both islands with a veranda for $3500.
Hmm, well I just did a side by side comparison of RC Icon vs Disney for January. A 7 night on Icon for my family of 7 with two surfside balcony rooms was $8661 and a 4 night on Disney with one ocean verandah and 1 inside stateroom was $7214. That’s $1237/night on RC vs $1803/night on Disney. Not even a close comparison in value. I’d rather spend another $1400 and get 3 additional nights and more ports of call for the $.
How is this even a fair comparison. You have chosen one of the newest RCL ships and literally the oldest DCL ship. Plus Lookout Cay only opened this month
What do you propose we compare it to? We compared Disney Wish to Virgin, that was fun! To be fair though Disney takes really good care of their ships , it was immaculate!
Fake Title...Disney is sailing out of port evergaldes in this video and Ovation is in Hawaii and they were both on the cruise because I was on that cruise and I saw them with Noah... So I'm guess they went on Disney after Ovation...VERY MISLEADING!

Ain't no way Alyssa let Griff go on Disney without her! HAHAHA
You may want to re-watch @16:46
@@pileofstuff I know they are together…that’s what the comment meant. 😂
I know they are traveling together on each to film the other and they aren’t leaving that precious Noah at home 🤗
Day two when he leaves his room in the morning for breakfast you see the pack-n-play that his kid must have slept in in front of the couch.
You can see his reflexion in her shower door on RC. Fake vids
I don't necessarily think it's a fake video they just feel differently on which company is better@@tom24aba

Obviously channels have compared before but not in this way. Props to you guys for doing something new 💜
Big love
Thanks! We enjoy these "vs" videos! ...please do more Celebrity vs ???
How is it vs when theyre together?
Love how you structured your videos. Love the content.
You have both helped to solidify my "Loyal to Royal" mindset. Disney just doesn't work when you like to gamble and don't have children.
Just found your channel and I'm loving it! Very fun to watch! Can't wait to watch more of your content 😊
Thanks for reviewing Disney ships!!! We love the relaxing style of them and love your videos!!!

I know Alyssa luvs RCCL, but am I the only one SHOCKED she didn’t do Disney?!?!?! 🤣🤣🤣

Yo! Happy Father’s Day man! Cruise shirt pieces are strong. Where do you get them? Great video guys! 🔥
$3400 for no balcony certainly caught my attention. Pretty expensive just get a commode separated from the shower. Yikes.
my thoughts exactly!
it’s bullshit. you can get 7 nights w a veranda on the Magic for $3500.

The pier is way too long!!!
The Bahamas required Disney to do that. There’s a protected reef close to the shore.

Thanks Cyndi! Hope you’re well!
It’s the Donnellys were right behind Griff outside at Cabanas. So many creators on the Disney magic sailing.

Lol I spied the pack n play. Always a give away🎉❤
This is a great thumbnail 😂
Noa❤
I know the room cost was higher on Disney, but what was the folio cost at the end for each?
Alyssa you are beautiful. You both are great!
I'd say "the smaller, the better" when it comes to baked potatoes, but then again, I wouldn't order it to begin with.
I guess these comparison vlogs are doing well. I like the actual cruise vlogs better. I miss them but great work.

hello griff and alyssa
Have u tried Carnival vs Royal Caribbean?
I know Alyssa doesn’t care for carnival too much but I’d luv to see Griff do an Excel class ship!!!
Yes. Not a Disney fan if you're not at that stage of life anymore. Too much Mickey and Minnie for me😅😅
The price sealed the deal .
