Ingredients for this recipe :
आटा - १ कप
नमक - १/२ + १ छोटा चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
आलू (मध्यम आकार) - ३, उबले हुए
हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई
अदरक - १ इन्च (कद्दूकस)
धनिया के पत्ते - १ चम्मच
गरम मसाला - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
अमचूर पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
चीनी - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच

Wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt - ½ tsp + 1 tsp
Edible Oil - ½ tsp
Potato (medium size) - 3, boiled
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Ginger - 1 inch (grated)
Coriander leaves - 1 table spoon
Garam Masala - ¼ tsp
Red Chilli powder - ½ tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - ½ tsp
Coriander seeds powder - 1 tsp - Jak na to + styl

Not sure I have ever heard Marwari spoken before. I recognize lots of words that overlap with Hindi and can read the Devanagari ingredients list just fine, but that is about it.
