- When I first brought my 2021 Cub Cadet XT2 SLX50 and took it home. This video shows my first ride and first cut along with a picture from moments after the purchase. Watch how easily it mows the lawn but also how much joy is on my face! :)

I got mine this past winter with a snow blower attachment. . . No snow only got to use it a couple of times. Put the 50” deck on last week and had a ball with it. I also installed my old sleeve hitch to work with my box scraper and drag and get to work on the driveway. In this video what is holding the discharge chute up?

lol 😂 I’m not sure to be honest… I even watched the video again and zoomed in to see if I could see it but was unsuccessful. It was like that when I bought it so whatever they used in the store would have been what was used in this video. Maybe a zip tie??? 🤷♂️ I can tell you that if I need it up for any reason nowadays (usually just for transport) I just use a short bungee cord.

@@howtobuildadream Box blade works well. I would add an electric lift option to the sleeve hitch but it's a little spendy.

We have a Massey Ferguson (used to have a John Deere until recently) that we use for our driveway with a rear blade but I’d LOVE to get a box blade for it sometime soon if I can afford it someday… lol
