BEGINNER Vestibular Rehab Exercises | Motion Sensitivity, Imbalance, Vertigo

    Have you been diagnosed with vestibular hypofunction, vestibular weakness, vestibulopathy, vestibular neuritis, Meniere's Disease, labyrinthitis or other type of vestibular dysfunction? These 13 beginner seated, standing and walking exercises will help you get back on your feet and help you get your life back.
    Start these daily, one time per day. If tolerable, add a second session if time allows. Doing the gaze stabilization exercises up to 4 times per day is best for optimal improvement.
    It is normal for these exercises to make you feel more dizzy but you shouldn't stay dizzy for the rest of the day. A good guideline for recovery is that any increase in dizziness you experience during the exercises should go away and your dizziness should return to your baseline within 20 minutes of completing the session. If the increase in dizziness lasts longer than 20 minutes, do fewer reps, fewer exercises, move slower or otherwise decrease the number and intensity of the exercises until you recover within 20 minutes. Gradually build up again as you can. This is just a guideline - do more or less based on what feels tolerable for you.

      @@chillywilly2021 At the end of the video, I included some suggested goals to achieve before moving on to intermediate. Some people may need only a few days, others might need a few weeks. Check the end of the video for the suggestions and see where you are, then progress to intermediate when you are ready.

    I have dealt with BPPV for 20 years (after TBI) -one session every few years usually took care of it.
    The BPPV symptoms plus just imbalance most of the time came back this past year. (Just went through breast cancer treatment and some of the chemo meds caused "dizziness" also diagnosed with Eustacian Tube Dysfunction that didn't help. My ENT had me do the Epley maneuver on one side once a day for 14 days and the other side for 14 days. It has helped with the BPPV but still dealing with balance/imbalance issues so am praying this therapy helps. Started it today. Thank you!!!!

      As we first start do we feel a bit worse as being dizzy and does it gradually get better...are there VRT exercises as well to help with visual movement and dizziness

    I have been struggling with dizziness for over 2 months now. All blood tests and MRI results were normal. My PCP and the neurologist were clueless. So I finally decided to try Acupuncture. The Acupuncturist was the first one to mention a possible issue with the Vestibular nerve and that is how I ended up here. I will be diligently trying these exercises for the next 4 weeks. Thanks a lot for giving me that hope. Really appreciate you taking the time to create this content. You have no idea how many blessings you are getting from people like me.

      I had dizziness and imbalance for 4 months now. Have had ALL of the tests and everything is"normal". Also was told that I don't have a vestibular component to my dizziness. Going to give these exercises a try anyway. It wouldn't hurt at this point. I'm also seeing a chiropractor for potential cervicogenic dizziness. Have just been 3 times but it seems to aggravate the dizziness right now. So hoping these exercises aid in eliminating that. I've been off work and ready to get back to normal.

      Hello! The same exact thing has just happened to me. I just got home from my long awaited ENT appt where I was told that my vestibular nerves would not react. Not sure what the cause was but I have been off for about a month now. Did any of this work for you?

      @@kathysykes5619 My ENT specialist and neurologist feel that it’s not vestibular since I don’t have all the other issues like nausea and vertigo. I have started the exercises and have my good and bad days. I try to stay sane by sticking to my routines. Luckily it’s summer break for me but I am really hoping this gets better before schools reopen.

      @@brocbikes3090 I have seen the acupuncturist 2 times and had good and bad days ever since. He told me that if it doesn’t improve in 4 weeks it’s beyond him. Trying to stick to my routines and stay sane in the meantime. Luckily it’s summer break for me now.

      Checking back In. I have been doing the exercises 2 times a day for about 5 days now. My head is still in a haze but I do feel better about my balance. Going to keep at it and I will check back in.

    Great video! I was unfortunately misdiagnosed several years ago with BPPV. I was happy to get a clear diagnosis from my PT. It was a vestibular neuritis causes by sinus issues and barometric pressure changes. I do these type of exercises when I need them. I so grateful to have this knowledge so I can prevent vertigo as much as possible. When vertigo first occurred I had no idea what was wrong and it was quite frightening.

    I've been suffering from neck problems, shoulder problems, pain, stiffness, headaches, dizziness, vision problems and troubles breathing for years. No doctor or physical therapist has helped me even remotely and I've been seeking answers on my own for 2 years now. Your videos have given me hope! Just following along slowly and I can feel a difference in my neck and eyesight already. I have a lot of work to do to recover, but your videos have given me so much understanding of what's going on with my body and how to make progress, I think I can see myself reaching a normal level of mobility and ability to exercise. I will be working on this, my breathing, and core strength and coordination until I recover. Thank you!!!

      ​@@StaceyMane I have been on and off work because of the issue. I am able to work part time now, I tried full time and it still is too much, but I feel so much better than 2 years ago. I don't feel desperate or hopeless anymore, even though things aren't perfect. I used to constantly hold my breath and I've really learned to breathe through movement and not get stuck. Anytime my neck or back hurts it's almost guaranteed I've been holding breath. Also got rid of a daily habit that was really harming me.

    I've been dealing with dizziness for 8 weeks and cleared of ENT related issues. It's been brutal, but I finally got approved to see a vestibular specialist in 4 weeks. This video at least let's me know what to expect. Thank you

    Thanks so much for these basic exercises, doing them has helped so much. I’ve been going down so many rabbit holes chasing the psychological effects of a vestibular disturbance as it’s been undiagnosed for so long. Only learnt about it recently and this video has been so helpful because it’s simple and a great start point to not only start rehabilitation but getting my confidence back walking and moving.

    I appreciate the little tips on good body positioning, like "chin at this angle" etc. I've been going to a physical therapist for a few weeks due to PPD, and I like your routine, with progressions, better. I've improved so much in 2 weeks of doing this daily that I'm moving on to intermediate level. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge with us.

    hello.thank you so much for this video it seems easy.going to try it soon.i have inner ear infection had been suffering with it for years.i went to the ent to remove ear wax and after removing the wax I noticed I have imbalance.i had been to physical therapy and the Dr gave me some exercises to do for the balance.i was very sick with vertigo nausea dizziness and balance problems.the physical therapists told me I'm walking one side.i did feel much better for a month.then it's started all over again.i have searched on for videos found Dr jo videos had been doing them it's few days now but the balance exercise really made me sick with too many head turns.im glad I found your video there are not a lot of head turns.

    Hi Ms. Beth, I'm new here to your channel, i do realize that this video was made a year ago but im experiencing vestibular complications which led to vertigo which upon research has led me to your channel.     Am I the only one who has "attacks"? I can be fine, and then "boom" dizzy for weeks, or months! And thank you for the video, going to try these exercises.

      You are not the only one, for me, boom, throw up for a long time, dizzy and nausea going on 5 months. I have BPPV but eply doesn't get rid of it. I am taking ginger which helps the nausea and starting these exercises.

      Absolutely not. I have vertigo and it hits me the hardest at night. It feels like an attack. I look down a lot at my feet to make sure I’m walking correctly, then I look to see where I’m going and there is this feeling of going on a loop of a roller coaster. For me it hits at night, every night. Sometimes I throw up sometimes it’s just nausea. Meclizine helps it, but not every time. I’ve also noticed that if I have a cold it’s worse and taking Mucinex helps as well. I know Mucinex or other cold medicines are not good to take everyday, I don’t take it everyday and I don’t recommend taking it everyday. It’s not always the best feeling.

    Many thanks. This is really what I need after a second dreadful bout of vestibular neuritis: nausea, tinnitus, vertigo. The doctor said: you will never get much better, but I am hoping to be able to cycle again, currently impossible.

      Indeed yes, made me very uncomfortable! But after several doctor’s visits it was determined by an otoneurologist to be vestibular neuritis.

    Thank you.I was diagnosed with Vestibular Schwannoma and I have eyes focusing problems,VOR and dizzines with light sensitivity, I losy my Vestibular nerve and hear nerv.that works great🥰

    Thanks a lot for these! I am 3 weeks out of a 8 hour surgery to remove a vestibular schwannoma. It's been a rough recovery full of dizziness, vertigo, and feeling unstable. I'm going to these often to help with my rehab! Your explanations and instructions are GREAT!

      You're welcome! Thank you for your comment. I'm glad you're finding my video helpful! Sounds like you're starting at a good time (3 weeks post-op) and you're highly motivated. It's easy to push too hard with the exercises, so take your time and know that this is more of a marathon than a sprint... If you get too dizzy from the exercises, take a break and back off on the intensity to let your system rest, then return to them. Any increase in symptoms should dissipate within about 20 minutes of completing the exercises. All the best!

      @@MovementFunction thanks a lot! I'm just wondering how long it will take for me to stop having the symptoms altogether. It's still pretty new like you said so I may just be jumping the gun on worrying but unstable, dizziness, and feeling off is not a good feeling day in and day out. I'm also doing formal PT only once a week, but they gave me stuff to do at home. About 5 that are comparable to yours. I like yours better Lol.

      @@jrock213 I had a stroke and a brain surgery on December 2018 and still am very dizzy at the point of spending all day on bed. I hope these exercises can help me get over my 2 year chronic dizziness.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video and give precise instructions on time and reps and what to accomplish prior to moving forward. After being told they can give me nothing to do to help myself while I wait 2 months to see neurology I came across this video. I am just finishing week 1 and along with some new supplements I have had the best week after 2 months of 24/7 off-balance, eye pain, nausea, muscle weakness and just feeling crummy. Going to keep it up. I really feel my eye pain is improving as I can tell what makes it worse in the beginning so I will keep it up. Slow and steady wins the race :)

    Thank you so much for doing this. I have done VRT off and on for 3 years. I have wanted to do exercises at home but couldn't remember all that my therapist went through with me. Most of what you have shown in this video are the same. Looking forward to working through these exercises and then to move onto the next set of VRT. :)

      @@vernifsiow1486 yes, that’s the only thing that works. Eliminate all fast food, soda, chocolate, cookies, coffee and some citrus fruits… magnesium,b2 and celery juice every single day…. I recommend this book call dizzy cook on CZcams

    Just want to say thank you for such great videos! I was prescribed pt for Labrynthitis and I went a few times but unfortunately it was way too expensive for me to keep going. You are great at explaining and again 🙏 thank you!!

      How long did it take you to recover from labrynthitis and did it make you lightheaded and just feel off and exhausted because my doctor thinks I've got that and its been almost 2 months and still feel off

      @@lightning8180 unfortunately I’m still dealing with symptoms and have now been diagnosed with vestibular migraine. It’s been over 2 years now and yes I have improved a lot even though I still don’t feel well. And yes I still get lightheaded and very fatigued easily.

      @@rachelfritz8249 were you ever exposed to mold anywhere you lived because I've been reading about mold toxicity and how it can cause symptoms like these in people and it goes undiagnosed because most mainstream medical people don't know to look for it. I was thinking of doing a mold detox because I lived in a apartment that had mold damage for awhile and then after that I started getting sinus infections and sick easier and from what I've read thats spot on with mold poisoning. Glad you've improved some hope it fully goes away for you

      @@lightning8180 no, and I also had allergy testing done that showed I’m not allergic to mold either! It’s so strange but I keep trying things to find the root cause! I honestly think it’s something environmental because I know a lot of people that live in the same town as me that are experiencing the same issues.

    These are the same exercises I experienced with a local PPPD PT, yet your personal relatability and encouragement while remaining professional were missing from my visits with the PT here. He was knowledgable and not rude yet robot -like. Emotions , anxiety, and need for explanations of goals were involved in this disorder for me so I stopped attending my PT visits after about 6 visits:(. I am thankful that I discovered your videos and will begin my recovery again with your more personable approach. Thank you. Regarding your request for suggestions for additional PPPD related topics, I am very interested in how traumatic life events play into the onset and possible exacerbation of symptoms related to this vestibular disorder.

    Thanks for the clear guidance of the exercise. I feel dizzy when I walk . However, once I sit down, I would be perfectly fine. The ENT doctor said my ears have no problem (w/o doing specific tests.). Ultrasound of cervical arteries to brain shows normal. MRI for my brain shows there is a spot the tiny vessels are clogged, which I did not notice. The neurologist referred me to have vestibular therapy. After 1 session I stopped due to the pandemic. I will follow your exercise now, hopefully my condition improves, thank you.

      @@surfbuttnakedmorris3734 Yes, they can be more than once/day. Try morning and night, and if that is tolerable, you could add in a mid-day set or partial set. To avoid overdoing it, a good guideline is that any increase in dizziness should resolve after 20 minutes of completing the exercises. Any more than that is too much and it's best to back off the frequency.

    I had a very severe vertigo episode with violent spinning of my bedroom and bed some 5 days ago - it was the most terrifying experience. I have been to the doctor who has prescribed prednisone serc and stemetil - meds are not helping this farc day 4. Went to a local chiropractor 2 days ago who performed the Epley manoeuvre twice, sadly this only increased my symptoms. I am seeing a vestibular physiotherapist in 2 days time, am praying she is able to diagnose the type of vertigo I have and treat me. Just tried some of these exercises, moving my head from side to side made me feel very nauseous. Have been sleeping upright in bed since 28 Dec. thankful that a brain CT scan revealed no nasties. Yesterday and today I’m also experiencing much pressure in both ears and back/front of head. Not the way I wanted to see the new year in and wouldn’t wish this abhorrent feeling on anyone :(😂

    Hi there, I’ve been struggling after swimming, I feel the motion sensitivity massively. As part of my work I look up a lot as a window cleaner and think it might be a contributing factor. I’m going to give these a go! Thank you

      Mathew, yes, the repetitive and sustained cervical extension (looking up) could definitely be a contributing factor. Have you seen a PT for evaluation? They could help you distinguish between a vestibular issue and cervical spine issue. All the best!

    Hallelujah! I’m so glad I found these exercises!!! I am a teacher of the deaf and when I began teaching deaf children I had normal hearing. However I’ve developed Autoimmune Inner Ear Disorder. I have issues with imbalance but not dizziness. I thankful that the crystals in my semicircular canals are still in place. However, I love to dance and want to continue being able to do a turn without losing my footing!

    that was good, simple. I did vestibular rehab before for a little benefit but still heavily ltd with dizziness, oscillopsia, visual vertigo after my head injury. I don't think I've ever seen or done the vor cancellation one before. I try to get out side and walk, and try to canter/shuffle, jog but the world shakes so much in my vision, i thought doing it would eventually make it better but it hasn't.

      @@donnamarinelli5437 Yes, stay positive and be patient. It can take 6 weeks or more of daily performance to notice a real difference, a marathon not a sprint. You might try making a short list of your symptoms, how often you experience them, what brings them on and the severity. Then check back in one week, two weeks, etc. and note any changes. That can help you stay motivated and engaged for the long haul. Good luck and please keep me posted!

      @@MovementFunction i have the sitting down exercises I’m doing really well with them and the standing on one foot is getting better the walking exercise i find challenging i can’t go 10 times yet but I’m getting closer where i was off balance every day there for awhile i am starting to have a couple of good days I’m on 2 weeks & i will continue to this exercises ty !

Sounds like you might be ready for a progression of the seated exercises... As I mentioned to another viewer, I'll record and post the intermediate video next month, but in the meantime, you might try doing the seated exercises standing up. Stand close to a countertop with one hand on the counter for support. If it feels easy with your feet a comfortable distance apart, bring your feet closer together. Keep doing the same walking exercises as they are still challenging. This is just an option, no pressure. If you're feeling great with the current program and want to keep the seated exercises as your reinforcement/confidence builders, that's legit, too. Thanks for sharing your progress with me!

      Gormo, thank you for your comment and questions! Since you are doing well with the beginner exercises, try doing them 2-3x/day. Also try increasing repetitions and increasing speed of movement. I haven't yet recorded the intermediate exercises but now that I know you're waiting for it, it'll be first on my list to record and release next month! For now, I'll give you a preview of the intermediate exercises. First, progress all of the seated exercises to standing. Stand with your feet a comfortable distance apart close to a countertop for support, then gradually move your feet together, then do them standing on one foot, then with one foot in front of the other. For the standing exercises in the beginner video, progress them by closing your eyes. Be careful with this and don't risk falling, so be sure to have your hand on a countertop or other sturdy support. I'll add more standing and walking exercises in the intermediate video but the above progressions will give you a head start and challenge your vestibular system to promote improved function. Hope these help and I'd love to hear how you do with them! Remember, safety first!

    Thank you Beth for this great video…have been working with the beginner exercises for 2 weeks…I felt a relief 5 or 6 days after…however , in the last 3 days…I felt dizziness…more than I did before…I did the 20 repetitions recommended ,on the 1st day…did I go to fast?. A bit afraid of recommencing….the standing exercises have been hard…what do you recommend ? I than you very much for your help…you are precise and a great teacher.

      Marie, it's common for people to recover in waves with highs and lows, or feeling some set backs, like two steps forward and one step backward... I recommend continuing the exercises with fewer reps and take the standing exercises one exercise at a time instead of trying to do all of them every time. Breaking up the program into more manageable sessions may help it feel more tolerable. Build up as you feel able. For many people, it can take about six weeks of consistent, daily performance to notice improvement. Try to be patient and keep going. :) All the best.

      Beletshachew Tadesse, yes these exercises will help improve balance and reduce spinning post-stroke. Modify them as necessary based on the individual's level of mobility and balance to be sure they are safe, such as doing them all sitting initially until they get used to the movements and can do them safely while standing. Progress to walking if/when the person is stable enough to do them safely. All the best!

    Would these exercises help with cervical instability as well if that is the cause of someone's vestibular dysfunction? On that same note would you consider doing a video for cervical instability? It would be greatly appreciated by those in the EDS community where there is very little help or information and limited resources on the subject.

      A. Zavarelli, that's a great question. Best to check with a doctor before starting these exercises. They may be helpful to someone with cervical instability with a few adjustments. First, perform a slight chin tuck with each exercise and keep the head movements very small, especially the head nod. Decrease reps to 3-5 max. Performing head movements with too much range of motion, speed or repetition may be counterproductive and aggravating, even harmful with severe instability. I will add cervical instability to my list of videos to make in the future. I can tell you now that the primary focus should be on small, slow stabilizing movements, just a few repetitions. In my experience working with people with EDS, it is very easy to do too much. Finding a physical therapist with experience with EDS in the local community would be a great resource.

      Karen, you're welcome! Glad you're finding them helpful! it's common to have one leg stronger than the other for many reasons. Some of us have a dominant leg (like a dominant arm). Injuries, habitual movement patterns and other things contribute as well. With practice, symmetry tends to improve but don't worry about your left and right sides performing exactly the same.

    My husband had COVID in Oct 2020 and a balance issue hit and he fell many times. Still has balance issue so we are starting on your exercises as Drs don’t know what to do. Been to ENT hearing specialist and Neurologist n they don’t know. Went to PT and she said she couldn’t help him after 3 visits. Thank you we are going to try your exercises.

    Hi, I’m going to give theses exercises a try. I’ve been having vertigo and dizziness symptoms for over three months know and it has aggravated my anxiety. I’ve been told I have vestibular migraine but my symptoms of feeling off balance are every day, very frustrating as I’m very active person. I’ve been prescribed meds for balance but I don’t want to depend on them. I really hope these exercises work. How many times a day should I do these exercises and do these exercises help prevent vertigo? Thank you

      Josie, I suggest starting these exercises once/day and do them at night because they can make you feel dizzier and tired when you first start them. Once you get used to them and no longer feel tired or more dizzy after doing them, then you could try them earlier in the day. Also, if you have been prescribed meclizine, it's important to note that meclizine inhibits your vestibular system and will decrease the effectiveness of these exercises. I can't tell you to take or not to take any medication - ask your doctor. These exercises can help prevent vertigo when it's due to vestibular migraine, as you have been diagnosed. Make sure you are breathing while doing these exercises and not holding your breath. I suggest you try my breathing exercise video to help you with your anxiety and to make sure you are breathing well while doing the vestibular exercises. Good luck and please let me know how it goes!

      @Sidney - You're welcome. Start with once a day and if you feel good with that, work up to 2-3x/day. Shoot for about 20 minutes/day total. It's normal to feel an increase in symptoms while doing the exercises, but it should subside in about 15 minutes.

      Patricia, you can definitely split them up and complete over a couple of sessions. Either way is fine. It sounds like splitting them up might help you tolerate them better, so give that a try.

      @Lyz - At the end of the beginner video and start of the intermediate video, I include recommendations for when to move to intermediate based on how you're doing with the exercises and your baseline balance (vs. time because everyone responds differently). In essence, you want to be able to complete all of the exercises with minimal dizziness that goes away in a few minutes. And you want to have good baseline balance so that you can do the intermediate exercises safely. Good luck and keep going, Lyz!

    26 yro, Have dizziness for 2 Years now. After milion checkups last one was by manual therapist Who fixed my neck and it helped so much, but it seems like after two years it left some consequences leaving me with daily episodes of Light dizziness, balance issues, etc. Hopefully your exercises will help me get rid of it too. I feel dizzy and nausea after i finish But it wont make me stop trying! 💪🏻 thank you for sharing!!

      Mihael Dajić, I am glad you found my channel and I hope these exercises help you fully recover! Start slowly and build up gradually. Any dizziness and nausea you feel should go away within 20 minutes. If the symptoms last longer, decrease the speed of movement, repetitions or number of exercises. All the best to you!

    Hello first, thank you for these exercises. I have a question please. I have been suffering from dizziness and balance resolve for 4 months. I used to feel slight symptoms, but 20 days ago I felt very dizzy. Dizziness and imbalance in walking I did the exercises that I put on and continued for 15 days, but I felt that my eyes were hurting. I apologize for prolonging thank you

      You're welcome, Soufiane. Your eyes shouldn't hurt doing the exercises. You might be moving too fast or going too far when doing the exercises. Try to slow down and not move your head/finger/eyes as far when doing movements for a few days and see if that helps. Also, whatever triggered the relapse 20 days ago might require further evaluation. I suggest you check with your doctor and ask for another evaluation to determine the best treatment for you.     Are you supposed to do them regardless of how dizzy you feel or do you wait until you feel better. I have PPPD so I get flare ups every day..

      Excellent question, Lucy. It depends on the severity of your symptoms and how dizzy the exercises make you feel. For mild to moderate symptoms, try the exercises. With severe symptoms, wait until your symptoms decrease. Any increase in dizziness you feel from the exercises should subside within 20 minutes. Any longer than 20 minutes, back off on the exercises. You might also try doing some but not all of the exercises if you're already feeling moderate dizziness, so it doesn't have to be all or none. Or you could try breaking up the exercises into two sessions at different times of the day. There is no easy answer to this as everyone is different, but feel free to try out different approaches and see what works best for you. Good luck!! Hang in there and keep going.

      Thank you, it's been torturous the past 2 years. It wasn't explained to me that they're supposed to make you dizzy and I only got 2 exercises which isn't enough. I also spent more time worrying what it is instead and trying to treat inflammation when it's a neurological problem. Going to be dedicated this time!

      @@watermelonineasterhay It could be, hard to say for sure. After four days in a row, take a day off the exercises. Instead, I suggest doing some relaxing breathing exercises and ideally take a walk outside weather permitting. We tend to hold our breath/ breathe shallowly when stressed, anxious, etc., which could be part of your head pressure.     I bought the pdf of the exercises from Beth's website and I found that worked really well with this video. The instructions were really clear and well done. I did find the last two walking exercises I couldnt do as I kept stumbling. But that is just me I suspect - will focus more on the sitting exercises and then revisit

    Thank you so much for posting this. I had the worst sinus/ear infection I’ve ever had last year and have been having the symptoms you describe ever since. Not sure exactly why, my ENT hasn’t been too much help just keeps prescribing me nasal sprays that seem to make my symptoms worse, but I’m going to try this to see if it helps.

    I have Menieres disease that progressed to daily + vertigo attacks. I just had my vestibular system abated via gentamycin intratympanic injections. Looking forward to becoming non-bed bound and more stable and functional.

    Thanks for these. Over the spring, I was traveling quite a bit and had to transatlantic flights, and two cross country flights in a two month period. I also got Covid while traveling. It was mild and resolved after two days in bed
    During this time I had my first bouts with vertigo.
    The first two times were positional and most likely BPPV. The room would spin when I would lay down on my right side. Some basic BPPV exercises helped quite a bit, but the third time I was hit with a wave of vertigo while looking down one morning while preparing my dogs breakfast, and that vertigo was much more when sitting or standing upright.
    Since then, I have been like 1 out of 10 dizzy when turning my head or walking around. Not to the point where my balance or athletic training is affected, but certainly enough to notice.
    these exercises seem in line with what some friends had told me he had worked for them and I am excited to incorporate them into my daily vestibular training.

    Wow .. thank you so much for these exercises… I’ve been looking for these .. ever since I was as child I had problems with motion sickness… I can’t read or use my cell phone while I’m in the car .. I can’t go to a busy shopping center either … eye strain, nausea, etc .. for this reason I’ve been working night shifts for the last 15 years because during the day there’s too much motion that my eyes won’t be able to handle .. I used to even get migraine headaches when I work day shifts or when there’s too much motion going on … I can’t have too much continuous sound either .. I’ve been wearing glasses since I was little .. eyes are always healthy according to eye doctor .. anyways I will start practicing.. hopefully one day I will be able to go to six flags or go on a driving trip ..

    great video ! i suffer from vertigo and balance issues for years, just came out from a whole month of vertigo attack, and as usual my sight is blurred and disbalanced which create a situation i cannot drive, go to the supermarket which leads to panic attacks due to this condition, i do your exercises and it help restore my sight a little so thank you

    I just want to thank you so much!!!🙏 I feel so much better now. I have my bad days now and then but it is tolerable. I am on advanced level and continue. Since I suffer from long covid, I think I have a long way to full recovery. But I can say I am 80% back.

      @@astmfodiva everyone is different... for some people, it takes a few weeks, and for other people, it takes longer. On average, it takes about six weeks of daily exercise to notice significant improvement.
