- I still wonder how the Soviets managed to get these goddamn squids under their control, even after Yuri betrayed them...does anyone know? Anyway, this track is also used while installing the game. Made by Frank Klepacki for RA2, so enjoy!

I remember installing the CD on my computer back in 2000. I also remember this was the music for installing the game. I was like, oh shit it’s getting real now!
Games don't come with installers with music and pictures to get you hyped up anymore, just a loading bar and the usual directX installations.
Yes, even the installer of this game has already got you immersed into its world. Not many games actually had such installer.
That's because before EA took over and ruined everything, C&C as a series was a work of art. The last few games just before it died were simply lame cash grabs with no spirit.

Sounds like a good game. Imagine an Allied campaign where you do this and doing stuff like operating a prism tank to destroy the nuke in the allied ending.

this C&C is not my favorite of the series, but i admit this game is the most badass game ever made
