    Too big, too dull, deco could be improved. I am not a big fan of such big homes. I think with age the smaller the better especially as children leave the home and age catches up. Smaller, compact, well done, very well decorated would do for me. Outdoors, gardens, lawns etc would be a big deal for me. Anyway we all like different things. Enjoy your homes

    This just paints a picture of the great rift/disconnect/ gap between the haves and the have nots in Kenya. And they live together side by side. Talk of being so close yet so far away. Unfortunately this gap is continually getting wider and wider everyday, and nothing is being done to close it

    Not all Runda residents are swimming in wealth. The lucky and smart people who bought land in Runda when it was still farm land are the ones who are the real winners here. At the time (1998 and back) these 1'2 acre and 1 acre lands were affordable. That is before the U.S embassy, The UN and other embassies moved to Gigiri.

      thing is bi-laws in Runda cannot allow you to build a flat. So someone wanting a mantion is likely to go for the runda plot than the easich plot because they do not want a flat next to it

    The prestigious places are kitisuru&rosslyn but now every tom, dick&harry is going there, ruaka has become another buzz, tigoni is good u will fall for cheshire, people should stop subdividing this lands, Kiambu road used to have a good breeze, trees everywhere, silent, now all u see are car bazzars, traffic jams, noise
    Its sad how runda PCEA guys built a church in githogoro so that people from githogoro stop mixing with them,
