Yes, incredible! How many mango trees he has. I saw it last night and was amazed like you Orlando. I would love to spend 2 days with him and his fruit grove. Continue to teach how to grow. It takes a Caribbean man to produce something like that. I am incredibly pleased with the exposure mangoes are getting lately. Orlando you should be commended for your part in this transformation for mangoes. Keep on educating us. I was born in the Caribbean and have been learning quite a lot, I wish I were in a zone to be able to have tropical fruits.

Great video! My mom is from Jamaica and talks about Blackie a lot. She says they are so sweet. I want to graft my big mango tree with a variety of mangos. I'm going to have to watch more vids to get the right technique.

every fruit grower should also a part time animal trapper and backyard hunter. when in mango season, i got a possum in my trash can every other day and couple rats per week. i had about handful of mangos ate from entire season.
Possums are beneficial don't hurt them they get rid of mice rats ticks etc

Carlton leave New York every two weeks where he get those fruit trees to purchase I wonder if his wife were purchasing them then when come to Florida he planted them . He is air laying mango trees what a talented man when you google if mango trees can be air layered google will say say no Carlton need to talk to google because they are giving false information because I know another Jamaican man my husband best friend and he air layers mango trees so not everything google knows

Hope all is well. New Floridian here and I was wanting to ask about grafting. Grafting mango, does it have to be grafted into another mango or can any tree be used. Or if a mango is not the only tree you can graft too but you still can't graft to just any tree what types of tree are you able to graft to? Thanks in advance and stay blessed sir.
Best way is to Airlayer, Grafting is not easy have to watch many videos of how to do a graft, but good luck
If the squirrels are biting the mangoes it’s time to take them all off that variety’s tree. Mr Zill says pick them green. And if you don’t heed the squirrels tip don’t complain. If you listen and clean off the tree you will never have to kill another squirrel. And it’s healthier for you too so you don’t have to feel bad for having to kill those cute smart little animals.
