I'm a setter so it really annoyed me when I saw her not squaring her hips where she was setting. she was crooked and not looking where she was aiming. I'm a lot younger than her but her sets could be gold if she just evened her hips
positions change all the time in volleyball, i've played every single one. Ad even if you don't you never know when you might need that skill in game time. You can always use proper form The Devils Ocean
Her hands break apart when she passes. She doesn’t press over when blocking. Her vertical isn’t very high. These are probably some things she should work on right now. Her swing looks good but her hit could be so much better if she raised her vertical 5-10 inches
When you block the only time you should swing your arm back all the way is when you're in middle. When you're blocking outside you should bend your elbows so that you don't hit the person behind you
Sarah Nicole I normally hit to the corners where it's difficult to pass it. In outside I hit across the ten foot line where the outside hitter is passing. And for middle I hit to the ten foot line or deep.

Prob cause of my height ( im short but slightly taller than some of my teammates ) i dont think i jump high? Once i was playing in court, the coach gave me a feedback saying that i should shout for the ball because i have the potential but i fear to make mistakes so i let others take the ball unless its really mine. I feel like i really have to improve on my blocking and spiking ;-; i have so much to work on ;-;
