      Mad in it especially cos there's most probably a relative of mine in there. They are dotted about all over Manchester and Salford now and my families have lived here since the 1870s. Another branch j before just in I think the 1700s if family legend suffice. after culloden the Simpson a few women ,men and children , refugees. It could be possible. Makes you think, history.

    I'm a massive Salford fan and I think it's amazing to see all those people over 100 years ago enjoying the mate, I think it's amazing how much the game has evolved......... Great Stuff

    Strange to see the players wearing belts to hold up their shorts. I suppose they didn't have elasticated waistbands back then. Also, although they are probably in their 20s or early 30s they all look about 20 years older.
