Call of Duty Black Ops III is a first-person shooter game developed by Treyarch and published by Activision. Black Ops 3 takes place in 2065, 40 years after the events of Black Ops 2. Similar to its predecessors, the story follows a group of black ops soldiers. The game's campaign is designed to support 4-player cooperative gameplay, allowing for bigger, more open level design and less corridor shooting. As the player character is cybernetically enhanced, players have access to various special activities. The game also features a standalone Zombies campaign mode, and a "Nightmares" mode which replaces all enemies as zombies. In addition, the player can customize their character's appearance and clothing. The multiplayer introduces a new momentum based movement system, which utilizes thruster packs to allow players to perform slow boosts into the air, as well as perform wall running and sliding, all the while giving players complete gun control. In addition to the Pick 10 class system from Black Ops II, Treyarch implemented a character system called "Specialists", where players can pick from 9 different soldiers, each with either a special weapon or ability unique to them

It was "all a simulation". The real Player is actually dead, and his consciouness has been controlling Taylor's body all this time.

The games campaign is a cheesey sci-fi B movie but it is alot of fun to play, with the addition of customization and cybernetic abilities.
There is no point making world war 2 games... There is a lot of them around here... And fps games are investing on multiplayer games to make money with skins and customization

The ending still leaves me with a lot of question though
Basically your character falls into a coma during their operation. Taylor ties to bring them out by interferencing. This results in Taylors memories being absorbed by the character. The missions they play after new world are all in their head and they're actually Taylors memories with the character playing the role of Taylor (which is why at the end when asked what their name is they answer Taylor)
The character is also dying and so they have to fight through the corrupted memories and the frozen Forrest and corvus which represents death. The final mission they defeat corvus and wake up shortly after.

Taylor tried to interface with him before he died and ended up absorbing the player character into himself and the guy basically goes through Taylor's mind. He never wakes up because he's dead and the game ends with him accepting his death.

I've tried playing BO1 and BO2, the storyline is interesting, for this BO3 I haven't tried it, after watching your gameplay I will try it

I was thinking of getting Black Ops 3 on my pc because in 2016 I played Black Ops 3 on a PS4 and I loved the campaign. Thank you for making this video. I loved it.
This game has such a fucking awesome campaign, the background lore that they built for the plot was amazingly enticing but it's a shame it was wasted in such a disjointed, schizophrenic and self-fellating plot. If this game had followed a linear plot with one of Alex Mason's descendants and focused strictly on the Cold War between Winslow Accord and the Common Defense Pact, it would've been a much better scenario.

Yea, The just forgot its a CoD game and should not have been this complicated. It would be the best campaign of the year 2015 if it was not name "Call of Duty". Nobody is going to examined the lore for a CoD game.

Bro bo3 online multiplayer was fun af, I played everyday after school then they dropped bo4 and infinite warfare and I immediately fell out then came back when WW2 dropped then fell out again. (The future stuff shouldve been a one time thing glad I enjoyed it) hopefully they make another fun game like that in the future

Disagree, the WW2 stuff has been way overdone. Basically every shooter for nearly two fucking decades was about WW2 or the Cold War. Definitely need more modern or future stuff, and even "modern" stuff is getting a bit much.
I love that the second mission is all about how to use you robot skill but then you can't use them ever again
