That fire escape also reminds me of a similar escape entrance at one of Luxor’s 2BR Penthouse.

Can you upgrade to the tower suites from the resort side? If so, what was your experience in doing so (prices, etc.)? We are used to getting a parlor from a normal TS room via AMEX but the rates are outrageous for a normal TS room vs. on the resort tower. It’s $1299 for a TS king, and $3500 for a parlor. Vs. ~$700 for a normal room. We only do Encore.
It's easy to do so if something is available. Bear in mind, the upgrade price will reflect a discount based on the difference between what you booked and what you want. I've gotten Salon Suites over a regular room for $300 per night. Keep in mind, that was on a weekday. This suite was a $2000 a night upgrade.
beautiful! the view doesn't look like it's too high up though, how many floors up is it? i thought these suites would be on higher floors
I believe the 2 Bedroom Apartments are onlu located on floors 5-19. The rest are the Duplex Apartments.
What are the splotches on the carpet in the main room? Almost looks like water stains...maybe the lighting?
I was curious too. I felt a few areas of it and it was dry. Assuming its the way the light hits the weave of the fibres.
Hey man renting this in a few weeks for a big bday. how’s the sound system etc and how many do you think will fit using the bed rooms too?
The suite actually has a great Soundsystem. Large speakers by the living room TV, I know there's a little knob by each closet/bathroom that contols speakers there too.
Really this suite was designed for luxury not fitting people in, so 2 couples or maybe an extra roll away for a kid or something. Bear in mind, Wynn isn't big on in room parties in their rooms after the debacle with Prince Harry and this other time with some lawyer who caused a couple hundred thousand dollars worth of damage in his suite.
You can make it work, but remember you have to go past the guard and scan your room key everytime you go up. If there are a lot of people, split them between a few groups and have some come up through the resort side elevators. There is a door between the sections that opens to the Tower Suite side on each floor.
If you want something where a party isn't an issue and is basically soundproof, have a look at the Skylofts at MGM. Depending on the day, you could get two 2 bedroom ones or one 2 Bedroom with a terrace and plunge pool.

Did you specifically need the 2 bedroom or that’s just what they had available?
I have stayed in a fairway villa before, which they allowed my friend to just book and pay for, and the Wynn tower suite parlor and salon styles- nothing on the encore side yet.
I’m curious about the villas that are accessed via Wynn tower suite entrance by the koi pond, i imagine they’re amazing with the little backyard and pools from what it looks like!
No we didn't need the extra bedroom. We wanted the Apartment because of the beauty of the suite and the tub with a view and the steam shower. You can't get those things in Salon Suites. We toured one back in 2019 but decided to just keep the Salon instead as "we don't need the second bedroom". Funny enough, I ran into an old friend who later missed her flight and that bedroom could have been useful. Regretted not upgrading ever since. Should have too, the suite was much cheaper then.
The Villas you are talking about are the Apartment Villas also known as the Garden Villas. These are true villas, much larger and nicer than the Fairway ones. They come in 2 Bedroom 5 Bathroom and 4 Bedroom, 10 Bathroom configurations. Both have backyards with pools. Generally need a $3 million plus credit line to get one. These days it's more like $5 plus for the large one. There's a chance I might be able to stay in one next year. And no, I don't have a $3 million cl. Wynn owes me a favor lol.

They are capiz shells. I have a dresser made out of them.

What kinda credit line will be needed to get the best Wynn villa superbowl weekend? 15 million? Can imagine gonna be almost bidding wars to get em. So much big money gonna be there it will be crazy!
I have no idea honestly. I could see it even higher than that considering how few of them there are.

It was over $2,000 a night. These range anywhere from $1600-5000 a night depending on occupancy levels and events.
