This was Moore's great acting job, he was not just a face, he was a very clarified actor on the show... if you notice in his scenes they didn't use his 'looks' to carry a scene, they used his drama and persona which was based upon a guy trying to pick up the pieces of his life and Neil wanting more out of his brother ... I think his character was Lilly's father ... Dru wanted him the moment she saw him -- they came on the show the same; both struggling to find themselves being rejected by family and superior older siblings who 'made it' in society. Great acting job Shamar and Victoria!
