There is an old video floating around YT of a guy who met Tucker Carlson while Tucker was fishing in NYC. He was very nice about it and explained the fishing techniques, etc. to the guy.
Haha this reminded me about the same video.

I live in New Jersey and have been fishing in Central Park a few times and caught some monster carp there. When you said you were going to Chinatown to eat first thing in my head was I hope he is going to take them to Wo Hop cause it is hands down the best! Way back when there was 2 across from each other and they used to be open til 5am so we would go there after a night of partying it was the spot to be and I guess it still is. Fissh on bro!

I love your content & I'm a longtime subscriber. Great video. As a midwestern fisherman living in NYC, I do know that legal fishing in Central Park is limited to Harlem Meer, Central Park Lake, and Central Park Pond. I don't know where you were when you got hassled by Karens, but fishing is kept great by anglers respecting the regulations and passing that on to the next generation. As someone who has fished legally in Central Park and still been given the business, I hope you were abiding by the laws of the city and you could dismiss folks with justification. Fishing is awesome and NYC safety is a product of the insane density that exists here.
