- They modded this dbz game to include an all new boss rush mode and its impossible.... at least for me. You see I've never really played xenoverse like that and now that I'm up against the new ai and about 20 characters that can ko me in one combo I'm starting to realize I have a lot to learn!

@@hypershadic1427if it was normal XV. Both boss rush stages are impossible if you don’t bring a healer build and something to defend whether it be a cinematic move or something that lets you avoid damage. A single stamina break from any of the bosses will one shot you

It probably was helpful for Ryhme that he was using a busted, modded attack that cheesed most of the roster. At least that's how he handed the hero rush. Doto is actually trying to play the game.

What really makes this funny for me is that Doto is just now trying to learn "fair" Xenoverse fundamentals... just to go against broken gods that basically require a heavy healing Super Soul or some crazy cheesy moves to defeat them.

But it’s free content. There’s clearly an audience wanting to see Doto improve, so watching him train would absolutely get at least some vewerage

It's been translated a few different ways, but my copy of the manga reads "Now I'll show you the wall you can never scale with 'hard work' alone..."

I’d actually really love Doto making this a weekly series so we can slowly see him improve, create his build, and become more comfortable in 1v1s.
Him not doing limit bursts actually hurts me

It wouldn’t do anything. That would just push the AI off and they’d just fly back and combo you again. He needs to bring defense moves whether it be a cutscene attack or stuff like super guard.
@@endershel8163He can, but it's something he rarely does during their raids, so I don't see him remembering how to do them. He's done it about 2 or 3 times.

That and veterans ain’t beating this mode either. New AI + one shots are incredibly unfair. You absolutely need a healing build to have a chance
@@rhymestyle Honest to God, female majins makes the new A.I. kinda bearable, they have better recovery and movement than other races, stamina recovery is insane especially when broken, high melee and blast on a good build, and really good reach. I would recommend you and more people try them for the new a.i., they can put in work extensively. I am talking as a female majin main and use them for pvp and raids alike- but I recommend them heavily to other players.

@@Zeruel14thAngelyeah but keep in mind this isn’t just the new AI, they have broken stats. Every boss that shows up, even Hercule, if they do a stamina break combo, you’re dead.

Advice use rhyme preset that he used in the second boss rush because even someone like you should be able to do something with that one.

Someone needs to tell Doto to break his own stamina when it gets low so they can't stamina break him and kill him in one combo
Then they catch him when his stamina’s broken and he can’t guard so he gets killed anyway? That tactic works in normal PQs, not these ones😂
@@kingvulcoon1752 we don't need much logic on this one: so his stamina comes back sooner. Also if he's flying away the stamina would regenerate faster. It's either: die immediately after getting his stamina broken in a combo, or maybe not dying instantly by flying away for a few seconds after breaking your own stamina. Idk what's so hard to understand here
@@ragnarmeh8156 What’s “so hard to understand” is the fact that these are advanced AI’s who don’t give a fuck about you flying away or your stamina coming back faster. I understand the concept and how it works, again, in normal Parallel Quests, but not the modded, extremely difficult one he’s trying. What’s so hard to understand when it comes to a bot that can and will catch up to you and throw hands regardless?
@@kingvulcoon1752probably because he's never played on the difficulty that these Mods provide. They immediately assume someone is just bad not realizing videos are the good runs which means there were plenty more they absolutely got wrecked by the AI.

vanish step is just tapping the dash button and the jump button at the same time doto, its invincible and its how to counter the opponent when they vanish you or evade

Try using timeski/ back breaker. It’s a skill that hits opponent behind you.

not sure if anyone has said this yet but if you practice perfect blocking it could help. you can also grab (L1 + Circle for playstation or Left Bumper + B on Xbox contoller) right after you perfect block
Dude, that beam clash is probably gonna eat up 2 bars if not slightly more. Every time that happens l'm like "yeah, that's a kill."
Doto, you recover more stamina when standing still on the ground so I reccomend having a barrier move to knock opponents back in order to recover your stamina and also stop over using vanish, that's what leaves you open for a stamina break

Note for doto: when your about to get clapped with a move press down on your right stick (controller L3 I think) to use limit burst depending on what super soul you have it will heal, boost attack damage, give gaurenteed perfect block, or if your doing teams and your about to die it will Rez u (it does effect whole team and u can only use it once.
Little fun fact for dato, Dodoria headbutt after it hits can immediately link into an ultimate attack or awakening if you tap right away

If you have it, try the dimension cannon evasive, it's rather good at dealing with annoyingly obsessive enemies that love to lock on constantly.

I reckon these are recorded fairly far in advance but unsolicited advice time;
Rise to Action - good skill, trade 1 bar of ki for 2 stamina, knock someone away, use it, stamina keeps you living.
Mystic Flash - Really potent ultimate, use it on an enemy vanish, best case they take a big chunk of damage, worst case their stamina gets eaten up.
If you want a set and forget transformation, Potential Unleashed is probably the best option, but that or Beast
That retry button is saving lives.
If Levi could learn a way to remove it or repurpose it, Doto might be in shambles.
