The original plot is unironically so much better than the actual game. Vanessa and Gregory were gonna team up and stuff. Monty was talking about bringing him stuff. Gameplay would’ve been so much more immersive if they didn’t cut all of this

Sure, it might become better through updates and dlc, but the first impression will always be ruined and at the forefront of the game's reputation. Security Breach can become better, but it will never be good.
It. might had been Micheal Afton,s Corpse. I theorize that there are 2 different Springtraps. The spring trap in Fnaf 3 is Micheal Afton the one in Pizzeria Simulator is William Afton.
This trailer raises some questions now that the game is released. Was Vanessa supposed to be more involved as a potential assist to the protagonist like Freddy or was this all just marketing for the trailer? Some interesting cutting room floor material possibly.

0:36 Montgomery is kinda sus here, his eyes don’t go evil when they are in the dark, his eyes were already evil when he first appeared on the screen. I got a bad feeling about him, he might be the most evil and might actually be more than just a animatronic controlled by Afton.

There isn't any of the voicelines from this trailer in game (or I haven't found it yet), B. the rooms for the animatronics are different as well as C. certain places like the docks and Monty's golf course and D. the music from sister location isn't to be found (which is understandable since this is a trailer but still it probably would've been cool to have that theme playing while being chased or so)

the story in this seemed different, it feels like Vanessa would have been helping Gregory escape, and Freddy would have been out to kill Gregory instead
All the animatronics shown looks intimidating except freddy. So maybe freddy still is helping us and vannesa is either trying to save gregory while glitchtrap ocasionally controls her (Vanny) or vanessa is luring gregory by manipulating him.

It's so great to see how far FNAF has gone! It started out as watching security cameras and closing doors, and about a decade later it evolved to this! Congrats to Steel Wool and Scott for keeping the game alive!
And also it seems like there is a glitch version of Scraptrap at the end. (I can't explain why he is purple, so i think maybe it's a glitch, since glitches were purple.)
Been a fnaf fan since fnaf 1 came out, I still remember when my brother showed me the game and me being scared to the bone, what started out as a amazingly scary and great point and click game has now transformed into this beautiful masterpiece, I am so proud of what has become of this game franchize. Hats off to you steel wool!
I have a mini theory to go with this, what if ballora’s body (when she got scooped) was used to make parts of those animatronics, don’t have a lot of evidence tho but just a thought
Just finished the game feeling quite sad really that you didn't add these cool scenes (I know you had to scrap them to fit the deadline) but I would have rather waited for the game to be completely finished so I and many other people could enjoy this masterpiece. (Still a very good game its just i had my hopes up for a certain scene and it didn't happen) or at least haven't discovered yet.

Me too, we already waited for this amazing game to come out, and honestly watching speed runs and glitches in even normal play throughs, even the times that I have played the game I can't seem to find anything that's the quality of this trailer. I would have definitely waited another year for this game if it meant that it was finished, polished, and play tested.
The game pre-October 2021 trailer seemed like everything we were hoping it to be. This isn't a matter of missing cutscenes, they just scrapped the majority of the story.
This whole deadline thing is ridiculous though. This was a huge game not only for Scott, but Steelwool, PlayStation and Nvidia. It had a partnership with Nvidia, support from PlayStation. Now, this would have cost alot for everyone, so rushing the game is a huge loss for everyone. The game is barely stable on PlayStation 4 and 5, the Ray tracing reduces the frames immensely and they released not only a buggy mess, but a game that wasted lots of money by scrapping content at the last minute. So, if someone did set a deadline, they must be incredibly stupid as this has cost so many people alot of money.
fnaf 1 was instilled true terror into you. this game is probably an entirely different genre. fnaf 1 is a TOTAL MASTERPIECE. it also really helps when you feel like the game can exist in real life, like the small pizzeria and old technology of fnaf 1. this simply does not apply to security breach from what i can see. its hard to even call this fnaf anymore.

All unused stuff I found in the trailer: 0:00-0:13: This dialogue is not in the game or even in the game files. 0:14: This room doesn't exist anywhere in the game, and what's interesting is that Vanny appears here which could be part of the Vanny Meter that got scrapped in the summer of 2021. 0:17: This cutscene is not in the game and this seems to take place when you go to the elevator at the prize counter. This cutscene might have taken you down to the lobby since the elevator at the lobby that is broken appears to be connected to the prize counter. The elevator might have originally worked before in this game. The prize counter seems to be darker than in the actual game. 0:21: Is that disco ball in the game? 0:26: This area is unknown but I think it is the kitchen but if it is the kitchen trash compactor area, then why does Vanny appear here? Vanny never appears in this location, so this could also be another feature of the Vanny Meter. 0:33-0:49: This is just speculation but I think this was the original intro cutscene for this game because I don't think they would make a whole animation for just a trailer. What is interesting though is that you don't see any of the animatronics have glowing red eyes at all in the game other than moon. Also Glamrock Chica's guitar has a different model. 0:50: Unused dialogue for Vanessa, and she is far more friendly sounding in the trailer than in the actual game. This room also doesn't exist in the game but this could be an unused version of the backstage area where you shock the animatronics and wait for Freddy to open the vent. 0:55: Monty's hologram doesn't appear ingame at Monty Golf but it does appear at the Monty Golf Minigame at one of the levels. 0:58: Rockstar Row looks a lot more brighter, it is darker ingame. 1:01: This room is not in the game but it most likely would have appeared at the trash place where you run away from Shattered Chica. More unused dialogue for Vanessa. In this unused room, you can see these yellow staff bots that are broken if you look closely at the background. I think these yellow type staff bots got replaced into the Nightmare looking ones. 1:06: The playground structures have different textures. The flashlight is brighter than in the actual game. 1:08-1:12: The floor looks wet and slippery. The vent entrances look different, it looks like you originally were not supposed to open these vents and these vents were just supposed to be cosmetics or decoration. Monty's room window is not closed off and seems to be cleaner, Glamrock Freddy's curtains seem to be open if you look closely, but that might just be the lighting. Glamrock Chica's room has less decorations on it. Glamrock Chica is playing the guitar facing the window instead of away from it and is also postioned at the stage. The buttons for opening the door have a different model. 1:13-1:15: The sliding cutscene animation is slower. 1:16: The tower colors are grey here and not orange like in the actual game. The daycare looks brighter and the balls in the ball pit seem to have more physics than in the actual game. Everything looks more shiny. 1:18: Unused Voiceline for someone unknown, it is theorized to either be Afton or Monty. Glamrock Chica's walking animation is different. 1:20: Monty Golf is slightly more darker. Monty has a different walking animation. 1:21: There are purple lights in the ceiling that don't appear ingame, the yellow stars glow and everything here looks more foggy. The night to day cycle animation at the castle move slower than the actual game does, and also weirdly does this animation while the lights are still out. Ingame the animation only plays when the lights turn on again, this just looks like it moves around at random. 1:24-1:26: Roxy's room has less decorations, Roxy's running animation is different 1:27: The watch ui is different, ingame the watch is zoomed in. The watch actually tells the time unlike ingame. (Why doesn't it?) Inventory appears in the watch instead of at the pause menu. There is this different section that says "Logs". This was replaced by messages instead of logs. You can see how much battery your flashlight has left, and how much battery is for Freddy. I don't know what 8 means here but what is really different is that you have 2 party passes at the same time. You can only get 1 party pass for either Monty Golf and Fazerblast. While you can get another party pass if you stay, you only get that after you have used up your 1 party pass. This could lead to multiple nights because the time in the watch is 12:09 AM. It is weird you are already at Monty Golf at the start of the night. This would either be showing the unused survival mode feature or multiple nights. There is no way 12:09 AM was just a placeholder for the time. 1:31-1:34: This might have been the unused version of the chase that is in the beginning of the game since you can see Monty breaking through the gates, but the room that this happens has open space. Monty's animation for smashing through the gates are different too, it looks more smooth. The gate doesn't have any monty sign on it, so the upgrades might have not been a thing in this game at all during the time. Glamrock Chica's animation for when she chases you is different too, the red light is brighter, and lights up the whole room. 1:35: Vanny's running animation is different and her glitch effect is different too, it is more pixelated. 1:36: The sun's teeth are yellow instead of white. Sun's jumping animation doesn't exist in the game or in the game files so it is unknown what this animation was about. There are no distractions from the looks of it in the daycare here. There is no huge net surrounding the play area in the trailer here. 1:37: The window here in the game became a fake window for roxy's raceway since it looks pixelated ingame which is so disappointing. You can see this window by going to the beauty salon and going up the stairs next to it. You can see bonnie bowl from here too. Look at the left wall, you can see windows that is bonnie bowl at the corner. Roxy Raceway looks slightly more brighter. 1:39: This cutscene doesn't exist, nor does the room. 1:49: Unused voiceline for Vanessa. 1:52: This cutscene doesn't exist but the room does, this is at the West Arcade at the hallway where you get chased by Music Man. Other things to say: The areas look more reflective and shinier. Conclusion: Some things I am glad got cut but most of the things here shouldn't have been cut at all, the walking animations for the animatronics and Vanessa's early model are worse than the game so I am happy that those got cut. But the dialogue and some of the graphics were so much better. I might do more of these for the other trailers that came out before this.
1:08 Has anyone noticed what appears to be character specific rooms? We *know* there's a big stage where all of them perform, so maybe that's only used for special occasions like holidays or big concerts, and the smaller, character specific rooms are used normally? Or maybe these are rooms that you can watch, but after concerts, if you have a V.I.P. pass of sorts, you can personally meet the character (or characters) you have the pass for? Or maybe it's for birthday parties? I'm really intrigued by those rooms for no reason, lmao.
I think the rooms are just for show as you can see the area seems to be some type of museum of sorts i believe the guest's can walk around the area and see how much fazbear entertainment has involve and develope over the years and by looking at the first teaser on Scott's website of this game you can see all the characters on one big stage and there are doors behind the characters in this trailer so these rooms are also where they practice and once there ready they will go behind the doors to a platform which will raise them to the main area of the mall so they can perform for a big audience 😌

Damn, this series is a lot like Saw. 1. It never ends. 2. It has bloody stuff (but FNAF has no gore). 3. The animatronics are just as obsessive as the Saw traps. 4. It gets more and more scarier. 5. Each installment adds more lore to the story behind the franchise. 6. The locations get bigger and bigger.
I have a theory: the voice in the very beginning is glitchtrap telling vanny that when he first found her she wasnt important but he made her something more and he tells her shes ready to be the next killer the next afton. That's my theory right now

the story in this seemed different, it feels like Vanessa would have been helping Gregory escape, and Freddy would have been out to kill Gregory instead
All the animatronics shown looks intimidating except freddy. So maybe freddy still is helping us and vannesa is either trying to save gregory while glitchtrap ocasionally controls her (Vanny) or vanessa is luring gregory by manipulating him.
To be honest this would have been much better than what we have now

Been a fnaf fan since fnaf 1 came out, I still remember when my brother showed me the game and me being scared to the bone, what started out as a amazingly scary and great point and click game has now transformed into this beautiful masterpiece, I am so proud of what has become of this game franchize. Just finished the game feeling quite sad really that you didn't add these cool scenes (I know you had to scrap them to fit the deadline) but I would have rather waited for the game to be completely finished so I and many other people could enjoy this masterpiece. Me too, we already waited for this amazing game to come out, and honestly watching speed runs and glitches in even normal play throughs, even the times that I have played the game I can't seem to find anything that's the quality of this trailer. I would have definitely waited another year for this game if it meant that it was finished, polished, and play tested.
The game pre-October 2021 trailer seemed like everything we were hoping it to be. This isn't a matter of missing cutscenes, they just scrapped the majority of the story.
This whole deadline thing is ridiculous though. This was a huge game not only for Scott, but Steelwool, PlayStation and Nvidia. It had a partnership with Nvidia, support from PlayStation. Now, this would have cost alot for everyone, so rushing the game is a huge loss for everyone. The game is barely stable on PlayStation 4 and 5, the Ray tracing reduces the frames immensely and they released not only a buggy mess, but a game that wasted lots of money by scrapping content at the last minute. So, if someone did set a deadline, they must be incredibly stupid as this has cost so many people alot of money.

fnaf 1 was instilled true terror into you. this game is probably an entirely different genre. fnaf 1 is a TOTAL MASTERPIECE. it also really helps when you feel like the game can exist in real life, like the small pizzeria and old technology of fnaf 1. this simply does not apply to security breach from what i can see. its hard to even call this fnaf anymore.

All unused stuff I found in the trailer:
0:00-0:13: This dialogue is not in the game or even in the game files.
0:14: This room doesn't exist anywhere in the game, and what's interesting is that Vanny appears here which could be part of the Vanny Meter that got scrapped in the summer of 2021.
0:17: This cutscene is not in the game and this seems to take place when you go to the elevator at the prize counter. This cutscene might have taken you down to the lobby since the elevator at the lobby that is broken appears to be connected to the prize counter. The elevator might have originally worked before in this game. The prize counter seems to be darker than in the actual game.
0:21: Is that disco ball in the game?
0:26: This area is unknown but I think it is the kitchen but if it is the kitchen trash compactor area, then why does Vanny appear here? Vanny never appears in this location, so this could also be another feature of the Vanny Meter.
0:33-0:49: This is just speculation but I think this was the original intro cutscene for this game because I don't think they would make a whole animation for just a trailer. What is interesting though is that you don't see any of the animatronics have glowing red eyes at all in the game other than moon. Also Glamrock Chica's guitar has a different model.
0:50: Unused dialogue for Vanessa, and she is far more friendly sounding in the trailer than in the actual game. This room also doesn't exist in the game but this could be an unused version of the backstage area where you shock the animatronics and wait for Freddy to open the vent.
0:55: Monty's hologram doesn't appear ingame at Monty Golf but it does appear at the Monty Golf Minigame at one of the levels.
0:58: Rockstar Row looks a lot more brighter, it is darker ingame.
1:01: This room is not in the game but it most likely would have appeared at the trash place where you run away from Shattered Chica. More unused dialogue for Vanessa. In this unused room, you can see these yellow staff bots that are broken if you look closely at the background. I think these yellow type staff bots got replaced into the Nightmare looking ones.
1:06: The playground structures have different textures. The flashlight is brighter than in the actual game.
1:08-1:12: The floor looks wet and slippery. The vent entrances look different, it looks like you originally were not supposed to open these vents and these vents were just supposed to be cosmetics or decoration. Monty's room window is not closed off and seems to be cleaner, Glamrock Freddy's curtains seem to be open if you look closely, but that might just be the lighting. Glamrock Chica's room has less decorations on it. Glamrock Chica is playing the guitar facing the window instead of away from it and is also postioned at the stage. The buttons for opening the door have a different model.
1:13-1:15: The sliding cutscene animation is slower.
1:16: The tower colors are grey here and not orange like in the actual game. The daycare looks brighter and the balls in the ball pit seem to have more physics than in the actual game. Everything looks more shiny.
1:18: Unused Voiceline for someone unknown, it is theorized to either be Afton or Monty. Glamrock Chica's walking animation is different.
1:20: Monty Golf is slightly more darker. Monty has a different walking animation.
1:21: There are purple lights in the ceiling that don't appear ingame, the yellow stars glow and everything here looks more foggy. The night to day cycle animation at the castle move slower than the actual game does, and also weirdly does this animation while the lights are still out. Ingame the animation only plays when the lights turn on again, this just looks like it moves around at random.
1:24-1:26: Roxy's room has less decorations, Roxy's running animation is different
1:27: The watch ui is different, ingame the watch is zoomed in. The watch actually tells the time unlike ingame. (Why doesn't it?) Inventory appears in the watch instead of at the pause menu. There is this different section that says "Logs". This was replaced by messages instead of logs. You can see how much battery your flashlight has left, and how much battery is for Freddy. I don't know what 8 means here but what is really different is that you have 2 party passes at the same time. You can only get 1 party pass for either Monty Golf and Fazerblast. While you can get another party pass if you stay, you only get that after you have used up your 1 party pass. This could lead to multiple nights because the time in the watch is 12:09 AM. It is weird you are already at Monty Golf at the start of the night. This would either be showing the unused survival mode feature or multiple nights. There is no way 12:09 AM was just a placeholder for the time.
1:31-1:34: This might have been the unused version of the chase that is in the beginning of the game since you can see Monty breaking through the gates, but the room that this happens has open space. Monty's animation for smashing through the gates are different too, it looks more smooth. The gate doesn't have any monty sign on it, so the upgrades might have not been a thing in this game at all during the time. Glamrock Chica's animation for when she chases you is different too, the red light is brighter, and lights up the whole room.
1:35: Vanny's running animation is different and her glitch effect is different too, it is more pixelated.
1:36: The sun's teeth are yellow instead of white. Sun's jumping animation doesn't exist in the game or in the game files so it is unknown what this animation was about. There are no distractions from the looks of it in the daycare here. There is no huge net surrounding the play area in the trailer here.
1:37: The window here in the game became a fake window for roxy's raceway since it looks pixelated ingame which is so disappointing. You can see this window by going to the beauty salon and going up the stairs next to it. You can see bonnie bowl from here too. Look at the left wall, you can see windows that is bonnie bowl at the corner. Roxy Raceway looks slightly more brighter.
1:39: This cutscene doesn't exist, nor does the room.
1:49: Unused voiceline for Vanessa.
1:52: This cutscene doesn't exist but the room does, this is at the West Arcade at the hallway where you get chased by Music Man.
Other things to say: The areas look more reflective and shinier.
Conclusion: Some things I am glad got cut but most of the things here shouldn't have been cut at all, the walking animations for the animatronics and Vanessa's early model are worse than the game so I am happy that those got cut. But the dialogue and some of the graphics were so much better. I might do more of these for the other trailers that came out before this.
I think the "8" Thing in the old Faz Watch is the security level that you had, nice analysis btw

1:08 Has anyone noticed what appears to be character specific rooms? We *know* there's a big stage where all of them perform, so maybe that's only used for special occasions like holidays or big concerts, and the smaller, character specific rooms are used normally? Or maybe these are rooms that you can watch, but after concerts, if you have a V.I.P. pass of sorts, you can personally meet the character (or characters) you have the pass for? Or maybe it's for birthday parties? I'm really intrigued by those rooms for no reason, lmao.
I think the rooms are just for show as you can see the area seems to be some type of museum of sorts i believe the guest's can walk around the area and see how much fazbear entertainment has involve and develope over the years and by looking at the first teaser on Scott's website of this game you can see all the characters on one big stage and there are doors behind the characters in this trailer so these rooms are also where they practice and once there ready they will go behind the doors to a platform which will raise them to the main area of the mall so they can perform for a big audience 😌

So I guess Vanny/Vanessa was originally supposed to help protect Gregory? In the released version she is one of the main antagonists throughout.
I have a theory: the voice in the very beginning is glitchtrap telling vanny that when he first found her she wasnt important but he made her something more and he tells her shes ready to be the next killer the next afton.
