Filthy Frank is a comedian from the "Golden Age" of CZcams. This is a persona he created and has a really weird backstory and expansive multi-dimensional world. The character Filthy Frank has absolutely no filter and will say and do whatever he wants.
His real name is George Miller. He stopped being FIlthy Frank due to mental health concerns back in 2017. He has since wrote a book that somewhat ends the story of his character Filthy Frank. I hope this sheds some light on the subject and why his videos are insane.
