I measured my flour accurately in a measuting jug(300gr),but the ratio to milk (120ml) was too little,I had to add a little more liquid.My dough wasn't quite as elastic. It was tasty, and not to sweet.

300g is 1.2 cups right? Not sure why my dough came out so shaggy and waaaay smaller... It's rising now... Let's see the final result. Something is off

@@BaslWeed It worked out... I just had to add around ½ cup to ¾ cup more flour. It worked for those donuts that don't have the middle cut out
I tried this recipe, but my dough is a shaggy sticky mess. I'm in the tropics, room temperature is 35c. Could be the issue.
I'm a baker and I use a recipe similar to this and it was sticky for me too at first. I had to increase the amount of flour(about 50-100g more) and I didn't melt the butter and added it lastly but I had to knead it a bit more than this and it came out really good. You can also try it. I leave in tropics also. Oiling the the surface and your hands while kneading also helps
