パトカーが同じってのは面白いな。中にゾンビがいた理由もなんとなくわかるかも。
スーパータイラントの死体以外他のタイラントの死体があるのは全然気づかなかった

Biohazard/Resident Evil 3 Easter eggs/Tricks/Secrets
00:08 1. Serial number on a Raccoon City police patrol car
Towards the end of the RE3 opening movie, you will see the number 27594 printed on the side of one of the patrol cars.
If you check out this part of the RE2 opening movie where Leon and Claire were in a patrol car, you will see 27594 on the side of the car, albeit a bit blurred.
Chronologically, RE3 took place before RE2, so this might be the car Leon and Claire drove in.
00:59 2. Burger Kong
01:17 3. Above The Rim
In the early stage of the game, there is a sign in the warehouse, which also appeared in the basketball court behind Gun Shop Kendo in RE2. This sign also appears in many parts of the game.
01:50 4. Bicycle with RPD logo
In the alley after you leave the warehouse you will see this bicycle with a RPD logo sticker.
02:02 5. Biohazard 4 sign
There is a Biohazard 4 sign here, althought it looks different from the real logo when the game was later announced.
02:15 6. Gun Shop Kendo van
In RE2, there was a Gun Shop Kendo van parked behind the shop, which also appears in this game.
02:28 7. Back to the Future
You will see a DMC DeLorean DMC-12 parked at the gas/petrol station STAGLA, which was used as a time machine in the Back to the Future film series.
Also in the office, there is a photo of Marty, Doc, and Clara on a bulletin board.
You will also find the same photo next to Rebecca and Barry's desks in the S.T.A.R.S. Office.
03:16 8. Neuschwanstein Castle
This photo of Neuschwanstein Castle is also found in the bar in Resident Evil (2002 Remake), and in the antechamber in Chapter 5-2 of RE4.
The photo is mirrored in RE3 and RE4.
03:43 9. Calendar
In the small police station opposite the park, there is a calendar on the bulletin board near the entrance.
Look closely and you will see that it says June on the calendar.
The story of RE3 took place in September 1998, so it means that someone had forgotten to flip the calendar for 3 months.
03:59 10. Dino Crisis
There is a poster and a print from the game Dino Crisis, also made by Capcom, pinned on a bulletin board.
This is the image you would see at the ending screen when you clear Dino Crisis without dying once.
04:14 11. The drifting zombie-dog
There is a zombie-dog which is devouring a dead zombie.
Keep your distance and watch closely.
It will slowly move upstairs until it reaches the top of the stairs, where there is nothing to eat, but it will act as if it is still eating.
(4:41) This zombie-dog also drifts slowly away from the corpse.
04:54 12. Rare targetable object
This pallet (?) hanging from the ceiling can be shot down by guns.
This is, in fact, a weapon, and can be used to attack enemies.
Attack stats -
Direct hit: 150 (except Pursuer) or 75 (Pursuer, protagonist)
Splinters: 50 (except Pursuer) or 25 (Pursuer, protagonist)
If you use this pallet to kill a Drain Deimos, its death animation will be different than usual.
05:20 13. This isn't the time!
If you ignore the Pursuer who appears in the restaurant or newspaper company, then kite (lead) it along the pathway in front of the restaurant, and try to pick up the Future Compass...
A message will show up on the screen: "This isn't the time!" and you will not be able to pick up the Future Compass.
The same also happens inside the elevator/lift in the hospital.
If you try to operate the elevator with zombies still around you in the elevator, the same message will show up.
You will only be able to operate the elevator after you've killed all the zombies in the elevator.
06:15 14. Taking the stairs backwards...
If you take the stairs with your back facing the staircase, you will not be able to change map.
You have to face towards the staircase to do a map transition.
06:35 15. Tyrant
In Scenario B of RE2, mass-produced Tyrants were airdropped on Raccoon City. One of them landed on Raccoon Police Station.
Look closely at the container that the helicopter is carrying in this cutscene movie. There are 6 tanks in total.
The remaining 5 tanks landed on the Dead Factory area, and you can find all the 5 Tyrants here.
07:40 16. Operating the panel without stopping the steam
In one of the rooms in the Dead Factory, you have to stop the steam to operate the control panel.
Normally, you will have to manipulate the switches for 9 times in order to reach the panel.
However, if you only turn off the upper part of the steam valve that is closest to the panel, while tapping the confirm button rapidly at the same time, you will still be able to operate the panel.
This is a great method to save time if you are doing a speedrun.
You will not get hurt from the steam so don't worry about dying.
08:09 17. Pose while barehanded
Right before entering the Dead Factory, if you either choose "Jump Down" or time runs out, Jill will jump down to the aqueduct.
If you enter this cutscene without equipping a weapon, her pose will change to a barehanded one.
08:37 18. A standing Nikolai
Right before entering the Dead Factory, if you either choose "Jump Down" or time runs out, reaching this corrider will trigger the cutscene where Nikolai closes the shutters.
Here, if you manipulate the save data or use GameShark or whatever to open the shutters, you will see that Nikolai is standing flat-footed without doing anything.
And he is immune to attacks too, obviously.
If you then enter the control room and use the controls, Nikolai will teleport instantly to inside the helicopter and start a battle with you.
10:09 19. Radio transmissions from Barry
After shooting down Nikolai's helicopter or letting him escape, then watching the cutscene and going back to the control room, you will receive radio transmissions from Barry who is looking for Jill.
11:27 20. Get rich easy!
This is how you can earn $18999 in no time in the Mercenaries which is required to purchase all the infinite ammo weapons.
Go here (an alley behind the residential area), leave one zombie-dog and kill all the rest. Equip a handgun* and dodge. That's it.
*Eagle 6.0 for Carlos, Merc's Handgun for Nikolai, Magnum for Mikhail
However, beware of the following:
- If the reward money reaches $65535, it will reset to $0.
- If the remaining time reaches a bit over 9 hours, it will reset to zero, and you will get a game over.
This was what I got after clearing the mini-game. I earned $40310! I could buy all the weapons with plenty to spare.
12:30 21. Epilogues
After beating the game on Hard Mode, you will unlock Epilogue Files which show what happened to the main characters of the previous games after the events of the Raccoon City Destruction Incident.
The File you unlock will be different every time you complete the game.
The Files are unlocked in this order: Jill, Chris, Barry, Leon, Claire, Sherry, Ada, Hunk. You will have to beat (replay) the game 8 times in order to unlock them all.
13:42 22. Jill yawning
If you leave your character idle, they will enter idle animation, and if you wait for a further 10~15 seconds...
Jill will "yawn".
There is only 1/32 chance that they will do it so you don't see it very often.
If they do nothing after 15 seconds, then you have to move around to exit from the idle animation and try again.
This only occurs when the following 3 conditions are met.
1. The character's status is Fine (i.e. HP is green).
2. The character is not equipped with either a gatling gun or a rocket launcher.
3. There are no enemies nearby.
Carlos, Mikhail, Nikolai will "stretch" in their cases.
