Hello! Recently I’ve planted my water spinach but its growing super slow. I’ve used manure to give it some nutrients but its still growing slow. I frequently water them and its warm in my area. I don’t know why it is doing that.

It thrives in a tropical environment, But there have been successful Groth in desert climax... And they grow wild in water.. Compost and manure worked great for me... Is a plenty of Direct sunlight and heat And plenty of water... Hopefully My information is helpful

Your water spinach is beautiful. It's against the law to grow water spinach here. I have to grow mine indoors, hydroponically. Fortunately, it grows extremely well that way.
I love to eat rau muong stir-fried with garlic and fermented bean curd.

Water spinach is considered by Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) to be an aquatic nuisance species and is therefore highly regulated. The plant has been on the "Harmful or Potentially Harmful Exotic Fish, Shellfish and Aquatic Plants" list since 1990.
