He’s got the flavour on point with the Hawaiian food. It’s very much Japanese inspired flavours with the island serving size lol I love this episode.
Hawaii has a large Japanese population thus the flavours would incorporate alot of Japanese influences.

Glad you enjoyed the Otai. Grew up with the watermelon, such a treat when the auntie’s come to visit from Tonga and then we are treated to the pineapple & or mango otai. Pear and apple otai isn’t too bad but watermelon hands down all the way! My kiddies are half Tongan half Filipino and they smash the Otai all the time when i make it.

As a filo, was not expecting Spanian to review Filo Food and its so hilarious. Even I barely eat filo food as I got older because Filos are notorious for Gout and High Cholesterol due to eating our foods that are high in fat (Crispy Pata) hahahahahah

Just watched this video last night with my partner and decided to go and visit the Egg Hut today, we absolutely loved it,so much flavour we picked the same toasties as spanian and they even had the video with his review at the front! 👍10/10!!

love the poly food although the pork knuckles, trotters etc takes a minute at first,, once ya do a bowl of taro (or plantain, unripe boiled bananas), raw octopus and coconut milk though you will get sucked in ;)

Those toasties looked amazing, and the prices are really good too! Where I live in central England, there's loads of choice if you want food delivered, but most of it is shit and almost all of it is over-priced. We have nothing like those food trucks here, at least not in my town.
