I skied Sunshine, Norquay and Lake Louise about 30 years ago. So many memories come flooding back from watching this. Love your videos.
I'm an adult novice who went to Banff to ski in March 2020 (the snow season Down Under is very short), just before the coronapocalypse derailed everything. I skied powder for the first time at Sunshine; I'm flapping my hands up and down in excitement, as I recognised the Jackrabbit and Strawberry lifts, and the Child's Play run. I even did my very first yard sale going down Juniper (and got a round of applause from the Wolverine chair overhead) - falling over is SO educational... I am hoping to get back there in 2024. It's awesome!
It’s been 20 years since I last skied Sunshine. On a sunny day it can’t be beat. Great memories. Love watching the kids grow and develop on their skies. Your living the good life with them and these are the best years. Enjoy and cherish all the moments.😎
If you go back Goatseye has lots of blue runs your family would love. Its not just for experts. Take Sunshine Coast to Wildlife. The perfect family runs. Great video. Me and my son go to Sunshine every weekend.
Sunshine made me feel like I wish I were black diamond skier. Mountain is wide open and you can see people skiing all over the mountains. I was really jealous of these people who don’t even look at the map and were just going for it.

Luca likes gondola the most. Mums genetics 😂 It was nice to see August and Luca skiing perfectly synchronised this time 👍 I think Adia is too little to understand how much people, around the world, love her and your family. Soon she will get annoyed with all attention from the strangers 😄❤️❤️❤️❤️

My favourite resort in the world. Last skied there March 2020 but had to fly back to UK 2 days early to beat lockdown and can’t wait to go back. Have fun.
Hey y’all! ❤️ awesome vid!!! That area reminds me a little of the Hochsölden and the Gaislachkogl of Sölden, Austria!!! My husband and I lived in Germany for 6 years and skied Zermatt, Switzerland (Matterhorn), Sölden, Austria and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.
That area you were sitting in so reminds me of the vibe and big sky of Hochsölden!!!

It's so funny seeing you gush about Sunshine, my friends and I will drive the extra 1.5 hours from to go to Fernie every time if given the choice (Calgary local). That being said It really is a fantastic hill for families so I can see why you liked it, as there's lots of chairs accessing a massive amount of beginner-intermediate terrain. If you ever get the chance, the best (in bounds) terrain at the resort has to be the double blacks on the lookers right of the chair on Goats eye. The rest of the blacks/doubles are kind of mediocre primarily due to the traversing blue runs. Anyway, glad to see you had a good time.
Spring skiing, with those views is what got me. Especially since interior BC resorts close so much earlier.
I’m still glad Fernie is our home mountain. ❤️ But Sunshine was our favourite as an experience in the Rockies proper!

Yah, "Apres Skiing" is the food and drink afterwards - With kid's we don't indulge in apres but it is still a thing here - just to a lesser extent.

Ohhh I went to sunshine the next day. Almost went on Saturday too Missed you guys by a day. Unless this is pre-recorded wayyy in advance but the weather was just as sunny. That would have been surreal to see you guys filming at the resort.

Sunshine is where I go primarily. It's amazing really. You guys should have done the ski-out if you haven't. It's very long and fun to do.
