This video should really be titled:
“Most underrated towns in the Philly suburbs.”

Maybe you should retitle this video to "Most UNDERRATED Towns in SE Pennsylvania."

What about Dallas, Pennsylvania? Personally, I attended Dallas, Senior High School. As a matter of fact, I graduated from that school.

I hope you will give us an idea about life at Philadelphia (zip 19145) especially in term of security.

Hi Sabrina, I made videos all about the city as a whole but not specific zip codes. I would suggest to google that zip code and you’ll be able to find everything you’re looking for. Thanks for watching!!

What do you think about Quakertown, PA?

Quakertown is another great area! A lot of new homes being built. Do you live in Quakertown or are you looking to move there?

Quakertown can be sketchy...I watch my back there. It's a cheap place to live. The only thing I like about it is there are a lot of real patriots there and people I don't recognize.

    FYI - it’s pronounced LANC-aster, not lan-CAST-er. lan-CAST-er is in Ohio.

      People say both. Thanks Ned

If you are a native Lancasterian , Ned's prononciation is Correct!!! As a 7th generation Lancasterian I will politely tell outsiders (tourists and out of state college students) how to pronounce it. I am one of "those perfectionistic Virgos" who grew up two blocks from Franklin and Marshall College.

What are the property taxes there?

  • @Myhandlebarsareonmy_dirtbike

I’m assuming you’re not originally from the area you’re trying to promote business. But I could be wrong, because you do not pronounce things correctly I was born in Norristown and grew up in Skippack now living in California. The Lancaster in California is pronounced Lancaster. In Pennsylvania it is pronounced Lang kiss ter. Just an FYI.

😂 I lived in PA for 35 years and I pronounce it like he does. I guess everyone has their own way of pronouncing it. Not to take sides because I know you meant well.

I was born and raised in Pennsylvania I'm in my thirties and still live in Pennsylvania I've heard it pronounced both ways by people who are native to Pennsylvania like myself and people who are not. It really does depend on the person

  • @Yogagirl9935
    @Yogagirl9935 Před rokem +3

You must not be a native of the Philly area, cause you don’t pronounce some of these names like a local, the worst one probably was Lancaster, so you also probably don’t know how to pronounce Bethlehem, Emmaus, Reading or the Schuykill (river/county), just to name a few

It's Lancaster like lanky. You say it all at once, you pronounce it like someone from Philly lol
