He's got 120 poise and does not deal much poise damage per hit. A good rule of thumb for poise damage is that if the boss cannot be parried, it deals a lot of poise damage- and Radahn can be parried.
The thing about Radahn poise is that it constantly resets due to lack of attack windows during his long attacks, giving the feeling he has the most poise of all bosses. When Radahn has to fight 5 bosses, lack of attack windows is now now longer a problem, lol.
120 poise and only takes 6 seconds to reset, which means good luck getting the stagger if you don't utilise every attack opportunity you have. (heavier weapons obviously have a easier time getting the stagger)

He does the purple meteorite attack sometimes as his second move and in others he doesn't or does it until much later, sometimes he does the flying meteorite attack like the original Radhan does and sometimes he doesn't. If he had a fixed move set I think he would have been successful in a few more of these.

The Radahn we fight in the base game is just him but insanely debuffed from the scarlet rot rotting him inside out, all the way since the shattering war when Malenia bloomed on him. The DLC Radahn is the closest we'll ever get to seeing him in his prime.
Mind you he beat 5 Malenia first forms, then got healed full to fight phase 2 and got melted. The DLC is an entirely new game for several reasons. One is the Scadufragments that don’t work in base game meaning NG+7 bosses still won’t cut it because double health slight damage and def increase. The Scadu frags grant 3x damage negation like 2.4x damage increase and 2.5x def increase. They made the system about bringing down the overall level of the game dif because the way it’s explained is it doesn’t increase your stats it reduces the overall affect of stats in the Realm. This also has no affect on Demi-gods and other giants and such meaning if any of the main game bosses or enemies went to the Shadow Realm or the main game area stats would be reduced drastically. All main game bosses would be automatic Scadutree level 20.
If Rennala was designed to be a late game boss, and had her stats increased, she would be an absolute menace to deal with.
