Most digestive enzymes supplement nowfoods, mercolas digestive enzymes, almost all have bromelain 200,000(mercolas) up to 800,000 pu per capsule.I know bromelain proteolytic enzymes from pineapple stems but I don't like not having clue how many milligrams of bromelain per cap because all digestive enzymes list as bromelain 200,000-800,000 pu. I try to take them with any full meal. Mainly dinner but sometimes lunch too. Never had any issues with it
