Specter Litt Wheeler Williams are independent powerful lawyers but if they are ALL being messed with by a tyrant, that's when they unite and set aside differences. Because they might have different goals in staying at the firm BUT all of it involves kicking Richardson out.

She’s not a partner, she’s COO. But she has voting status which means that on certain major decisions she gets a say. It’s fair game if you asked me.
@@aethei8560 not necessarily true. There are partners with non voting rights in a llp setup. Only active partners with law degrees and are actual practicing lawyers can be holding rights not admins
