Only issue I have is claiming lightning is more effective than blizzard. Lightning is consistent, but thats it. It functions like a normal kill with no potential to improve on it. Blizzard however, acts as a counter to speed boosts like sticky speed. The speed boost gets wasted while theyre frozen and they dont get the benefit of continuing after death. Also, Blizzard can only "help" your opponents if theyre going downhill. But still doesnt change the fact that theyre significantly slowed down, and any speed pads they cross while frozen will be wasted. It also slows down anyone in the air and stops climbers. Lightning would allow them to resume climbing where they left off, while Blizzard drops them to the bottom. I've had an instance where I was so unlucky to get frozen right before I could use my powerup as I passed a new item box. So I missed the chance to get a second power up.
Blizzard is better it keeps you locked from movement longer than you are locked from movement by ordinary death from lightning plus can slide enemies backwards downhill

I think it's unnecessary for the roulette wheel to be so fast it could be the same as the envil there's no reason to be so fast making it difficult for the player to kill the other if it's so expensive it's a damn power
Its called roulette for a reason. Its supposed to give the illusion of randomness. Im not sure why they didnt just make it random. But its already pretty broken if it kills someone and gives you a speed boost too. So Id say the trade off is worth the risk
At 1:51 in slippery slopes, just jump and use your speedburst, its faster. No need to go down there

I don’t have roulette but I can buy it. However, I already have the gun power up so would I save up for roulette or keep the gun?
Roulette because of extra mini speed burst which is very helpful when u get iced

Because when there is a slope they will move faster than you if you use blizzard
It is very helpful when I get iced on a slope while i have roulette because i will just fly forward even further than without getting hit by ice

Blizzard is worse if you on a way up and someone uses blizzard you’ll slide all the way down
