A Gibson guitar given by Elvis in 1975 sold for $334,000. This one would be even more valuable.

As usual Elvis had a heart of gold, and he always got joy from giving to everyone. This meant so much to Elvis. God made Elvis this way. We will always remember you and Love You Elvis. God truly blessed him and us, by him being here. Love You, Ann Garrett

Thank you for bringing us Sams words. As I have told you before, I saw Elvis in concert in Atlanta in 1977. People were angry for the bad performance, but I was sad. I could see a man on stage who was very sick. Of course most of us had never heard of the drug addiction, so I saw sickness. Here was a man trying to perform, who should have been in a hospital. Sam makes it even more clear. Maybe in that hour, I knew Elvis as the man, and not the singer. Thank you again Billy. You once again brought us a piece of the man.
He comes across as an honest and humble gentleman. Thank you Spa Guy for taking the time to do this.

Well, I’m literally weeping. This was such an amazing interview. I’m very grateful to both of you, ( Sam..Billy) for making it possible for all of us to hear these amazing stories. Elvis fans are the most loyal dedicated bunch of people you will ever meet. We will forever be thankful for every cherished tidbit you can tell us. And we will also fight King Kong if he disrespects our Elvis. Elvis was my very first love and at 62 and 40 years after his death, I love him more than ever. Many thanks! Much appreciated! ♥️

That was AMAZING! That man loved Elvis!! Not the entertainer but the man!!! That was so wonderful that he brought that out!! I know as a fan I forget that Elvis was a MAN. He had feelings, he had a heart and he wasn’t untouchable. I am so guilty of thinking that man he had everything and was everything and man he was perfect. But he wasn’t, and I have to be so careful and not put him up on a pedestal that I can’t take him down from. He was a great entertainer, but he was still just a man. Thank you, Mr. Thompson that was so wonderful!!!
Elvis was a very caring and given person. He wanted to be sure the fans had the best show. His family and friends seeing to them and giving them a life to remember. Thank you Sam for sharing with us. Thank you Spa guy.

This series has proven to be my favorite thus far. Outstanding. Sam has such a unique way of putting Elvis right in focus and also right in front of us with his wonderful stories. Never before have I felt such a real connection to someone else’s accounts of their time with Elvis. Just amazing to watch. Also to have lived a life to be a real and true friend of Elvis is a Blessing beyond nearly fully understanding. Sam is a humble and good man. I can only hope to be as Blessed.

Amazing!! I am so impressed with Elvis, & I appreciate your take on him as a person, & as a Star. You show the positive side of him, which is so much greater than the negative that I’ve seen recently. My parents were able to see him in concert in Fort Worth , Texas in 1976. I was 6 yrs old. I grew up knowing how amazing He was! & now, I’m 51 yrs old, & I am able to appreciate his talent even more! Keep doing what you’re doing Spa Guy!!

Elvis was just a very special...human but bigger than life. In all he did and was about before all the fame and glory. I never met Elvis but I met and worked with his early band mates... Drummer DJ Fontana and backup singers The Jordanairs. They were with Elvis from day one. On record, movies, television shows. They were the guys who help Elvis put Rock n Roll on the World map.
I recorded two singles Magic In You're Eyes and When You Coming Home with DJ Fontana on drums and The Jordanairs as back up singers as they did for the King Of Rock n Roll...Elvis!
The highlight of my early career in music...not bad!! 🎶🎶🎶
What wonderful memories he shared with us. How lucky he was to know the true Elvis not just the entertainer and Elvis was a wonderful person and Sam was a good friend to Elvis.

It’s amazing how Elvis’s life and music brings all of us together as one Big Elvis Family.. I’ve meet some many people I call friends now because of Elvis.. He’s still TCB after all these years... This was simply outstanding! I don't know how else to express it. A wonderful glimpse into Elvis, the person - not the 'STAR'! If I had the opportunity to sit down and talk with anyone I wanted to, concerning Elvis, I'd have to pick Mr. Thompson! What an amazing man and an excellent speaker. I can't thank you enough for this, Billy!! You just keep providing us with more and more pieces of the puzzle. You are one amazing man!! It's going in my favorites list. :-)

I am greatful to be Southern, a Christian, an Elvis fan, and worked in Law Enforcement for years so I do understand the 40 second rule, and more.
