Honestly had he fixed his hair, dressed nicely and built some confidence, that all goes a REALLY long way and can transform how people view you.
I was thinking if he worked out, especially his back he could fix his posture. I agree that what you said could help as well. But, if the guy is being honest that everybody was putting him down, I don't blame him for having such a hard time for pushing himself. @@Mery1119 Exactly! He’s no “perfect guy” in societies standards (like Chris Hemsworth or something) but I’ve seen _a lot_ worse. Like you said, a better haircut and more flattering clothes would be great. Those two things are what makeup is for women. Definitely some different glasses too.
These things may be a little pricey at first, but they’ll pay off. And this goes for anyone. Even the most “ugly” person could look good if they accessorized themselves appropriately. Cosmetic surgery or any of the sort is completely unnecessary
He looks very normal, but very out of shape. If he was in shape, his face might even pass as being handsome. I think the bad company around him and his refusal of working on himself is what caused his body dysmorphia. The tough part about that is though, it's all in your head. He trapped himself, but never gave up and that is why he won in the end. Dude did well.
Because of how he was treated by the people around him, negative thoughts succumbed within him and he lost his self confidence and became insecure and started doubting about how he looks.
I think he's a decent looking person who can look better if he changes his hair style, clothing, starts working out etc.

I'm so happy these two found eachother - I remember coming across his videos years ago and he seemed like a kind and genuine person who hadn't allowed for the way he had been treated make him a bitter person. That takes strength and character.
