Payton, Blake, and Parker bring their softball mitts and balls to practice and Blake accidentally gets in the face with a ball. The girls help to build a tree house and Payton's softball team goes to the championship game!

I have some softball tips for Payton that helped me
- when batting make your arms 90 degree angles. ( in L shapes )
- when running , stab your knees up and push under yourself to go faster
- don’t stab your heels into the ground when running
- follow through with your swing, don’t drop your arms .
- hips should point first at the pitcher when you swing.
I softball to this helped me alot

I have a suggestion❤ my mom hurt her two or three years ago and once she got a peloton bike and started biking, she was able to bend her knee so much better than she could do before her injury
