cheers and yeah, same setup/conditions/track layout. some people dropped to 32s in clear air race pace towards the end of the week. i was just barely able to grab a 32.9 in my race last night
Each corner on this lap is within Lédenon track limits but likely inches away from a 1x in a few spots. I ran this track when it was paid in previous seasons for GT4s and learned that you have to take some time to experiment (especially with the hairpin) to find exactly where the offtrack limits are as they're seemingly a bit random/not related directly to the white line in most areas. The banking line is one of the oddest lines to see but seems to be a standard by anyone running top pace at the track. I was curious about the legality of that specific corner only but noticed that any setup shop or coaching service reference lap utilized the same line + anyone I've ran with at top pace has utilized it, so I just run the same.
One or two hours ago before my today‘s race at Ledenon I saw your awsome video. Unfortunately I tried to copy your line during the race and ended with a disqualification because of too much off tracks 😂 It seems that it is very difficult to find out where to extend the track and where not.
Yeah it's tough to get the limits down. This track in general is really dependent on muscle memory and just being able to do as much as you can subconsciously to focus on the minute details of the car/track combo. If you check my channel, I have a full few race replays in my livestreams section with pedal inputs turned on where you can see my lines from lap to lap and how I run through a race @@user-ci5xy7dd3c
Yeah it's definitely a unique style of circuit. I tend to personally enjoy these tight/elevated/almost club style circuits. I enjoy Knockhill, Rudskogen, and other circuits that share some characteristics on the platform.
How do get the mx5 to turn so good with that light steering angle? Always got understeering from hell😁 and if i turn the car on the brakes as soon as i apply some gas again it starts understeering. Any good guides on how to drive the mx5 faster?

awesome lap, really satisfying the way you nail the corners
thanks Anto. i’ll have a go again today and try to improve on my time. this track state was soooo slippery, lots of sliding around
@@Sheppardd yeah I noticed the slippery conditions. I also want to try some more today and hopefully break into the 33s
Insane lap, is this the same config as the mx5 cup?

Wait, isn't the S2 completely off track limit? Awesome line but is that even allowed?
