Right rear wing mount looks to be still mounted to the rear wing tree. Guessing the rivets came out of it. With losing that corner it'd start putting a lot of force on the left rear wing mount. Looks to have broke the bolt or pin. Once both rears were gone it flipped up. The front isn't bolted, there's a small t post on top of the front mounts that you slide into the wing.

I believe it’s been shortened. The flagstand never used to be that close to turn four.
