Elson needs to understand that not everyone goes to a therapist
Other people pray and find therapy in praying.....
What is important from a mental breakdown is getting out of it and people use different methods...
He doesn't force people to go for therapy, he suggests therapy, if he suggests to you and you don't want maybe because you are ok or maybe you wouldn't like ,you won't go...otherwise what he does is a good thing he encourages other people not just the guest but even people that watch the podcast
@Chilundiyo Mashembe, my thoughts too. Eldon wasn't satisfied with Namadingo's methods of overcoming mental health. I understand therapy is important, but am sure it's not the only way out of problems. We face problems in various ways.
@Mwaka Chinguwo, encouraging or suggesting a solution is one thing, not being satisfied with someone's solution is another. Elson's position on mental health issues is commendable. In this episode he just wasn't convinced that there are other ways of dealing with issues.

What a focussed amazing young man. I love his answer on why he is just not doing gospel only. That is absolutely in line with biblical principles. He uses the gift to earn a living but NOT when he is singing a gospel song. Wishing him even greater success in his career!

My first time watching this channel😊. Interesting to know more about Namadingo.
Just an opinion on Elson asking about mental health, he seemed to be looking for something that he wanted to hear. Forgive me if I am wrong, we all dont have a complete knowledge of every type of "mental health challenge" (lack of a better word), and ways to deal with it on a personal capacity. Social media/websites even academic information just give us a glimpse of it and we need to understand his response to it, well at least accept it. It may seem like doesn't make sense (most of the time it doesn't make sense from the outside) but if the method he used to deal with it like his background of faith worked, we should let it be.
We can't disqualify his "mental health challenge" response until we have an all rounded knowledge or experience of "mental health challenges ". Love and light 😊🌠
