There is such a gang active all over India, which claims to give Tatkal tickets in 1 minute to the passengers traveling by rail. Booking tickets with IRCTC is not easy anyway. People who book railway tickets must know this. They must have known better that booking Tatkal tickets through IRCTC is like looking in a mirror in the dark.

सरकार को चुतिया समझें हो क्या उसको फायदा है तुम दुनियां जहाँ से टिकट बुक करो बिना पैसे का टिकट बुक नही होगा टिकट बुक करो फिर वेटिंग लिस्ट में जाओगे ट्रांसक्शन charge सटेशन चार्ज ट्रैन charge स्टाफ charge उसके सब तुमसे लेगा रेलवे का टाइम खराब किया उसका अलग से charge, सब लेने के बाद भी रेलवे घाटे में चल रहा है दो ट्रैन की यात्री एक ही ट्रैन में जाती है फिर भी रेलवे को टिकट के price और भी बढ़ानी चाहिए तब जाके sayed हमको कुछ सुविधा मिल सकती है ध्न्यवाद
790 रुपये की टिकट 2200 में लेने पड़ता है तो हमारे जैसा आदमी का क्या होगा इसमें रेलवे ओर irctc दोनों मिलकर हमें लुट रहा है।
सही कहा भाई रेलवे और आईआरसीटी दोनों लूट रहा है मैं कल ही एक टिकट साधारण तौर पर बुक किया एक स्टेशन से दूसरे स्टेशन को जिसका किराया स्लीपर किराया 145 इस टिकट को मैं जब तत्काल के अनुरूप बुक करने की कोशिश किया तो उसका किराया 245 basic रुपए +reservation tatkal aur GST jod kar होकर वह 375 में तत्काल टिकट बन रहा.

पहले रेल मे sleeper के 12 कोच होते थे तब टिकट मिल जाते थे पर अब 6 कोच लगते है तो टिकट कहा से उपलब्ध होंगे। Railway ने लूट मचा रखी है

तककाल के चक्कर मे दिन बर्बाद हो जाता है कही बार ऑनलाइन तक्काल के चक्कर मे सीट आखरी दिन तक कामफर्म नही होती वेटिंग ही बताती है मेरा तो रेल से ही विश्वाश उठ गया है 6दिन तक भी टिकिट कामफर्म नही होती ओनली वेटिंग ही बताती है जोभी फ्रॉड कर रहा है उसको जल्द से जल्द जेल मे डालो

Tatkal is a big scam. Always misused by people. Purpose of tatkal is lost, it's for emergency, but people with more money are lazy and book only in tatkal quota via greedy agents. Coomon person has to suffer..

Issue is due to Centralized server of IRCTC, if they distribute servers across states load will get distributed and also they need to improve session security !

AC 2 tier was having total 130 vacants seats but AC 3 tier was waiting and no ony was upgraded from AC 3 to AC 2 to accomodate W/L AC 3 tier passengers.. The railway is sucking money like leeches.

I'm a IRCTC user, I have tried many times to book a tatkal ticket. While booking a ticket, within a minute all tatkal ticket gets full. I think IRCTC should take strictly action against this type of scams. Many people losses their money.

These IRCTC do not want to stop ticket issues because they are gaining huge profits
there are many private companies with strong security and firewall settings. Why IRCTC cannot pay and take help from them. It will help the needed person to get ticket easily. One suggestion from side is that they should send OTP to registered mobile number or Aadhar verification can be introduced to ticket will be booked against the authorized person only. Right now These hackers book the ticket with random details and their software cannot read OTP from Aadhar verification mobile number as this will be every individual person mobile number.

IR doesn't outsource software. They make it in house , recruitment of these programmers happen according to reservations , now you'll know why government websites and apps are substandard

Not only tatkal's normal reservation ticket's are also facing this problems. After opening a booking date on midnight onwards max of the tickets goes sold out in a hour . But we are not able to access n book that time.

According to me they are not doing anything wrong , Railway should focus on their IRCTC server and fix the bug in website and use advance AI tool to protect website so that no hackers can do or misuse IRCTC website . only Railway officials would be able to book tickets and no one else accept Online platform.
