Hey everyone. So, I have this RCA tablet that refused to turn on after I replaced the screen that was broken. It took me 10 days to figure out this trick in my video

My charger screen doesn’t show up but the charger light glows still.

it detects weather something is it the hole, not if its actually receiving power, your charger or tablet may be faulty
I'm going to be purchasing one of these soon and I appreciate that this resource is out there even if I don't particularly need it. This was a nicely done video. Would you be able to recommend a replacement charging cable for this device just in case I want a spare? Nice work.
I'm glad you like the video. I went crazy trying to find a solution so once this worked for me, I thought that it would be best to put it up on youtube since it's a lot easier to find information here. As for a cable, If you go with a USB cable then get an original Samsung cable. Those are really good quality or one made from amazon.com. those are really good also. Not sure where to find the cable as seen in my video though. It was a fluke I had one
@@champlainscrap6076 Kind of a weird question, I bought one and windows is acting real weird, it looks like a clean system reset but Windows Defender keeps crashing, regular start menu doesn't work, had to trick it into recognizing wireless hardware. Any recommendations to getting windows up and running on this unit? Also, I found some cheap USB cables on ebay that will charge the unit with a powerful enough adapter but also allow interfacing, which is always nice.

In and out until it turns on. Do not leave it in at all. just in and out as fast as you can until it turns on.

I have an issue were it shows that it's charging with the blue light but when I remove the cable it would turn off again .....i tried charging it through the mini usb and how's the battery meter ...the moment i use the other charging port it lights up but as soon as I turn it on on any of the two ways of charging it stays on a bootloop ....not sure if the battery is dead or of it's something else
I've heard the battery could also be the problem to this issue.

Is it ok if I use a charger that fits for my rca computer instead of the charger that came with the computer?
as long as the volts nd amps match-up and it fits.

I have the w101sa23 purchased from yard sale without keyboard. Worked fine for couple days then turned off would not turn on I thought it was dead when placed on charger i hear clicking noise still no power. Please help

Hard to say. Definitely something internal. It could be that the storage is defective. I'm not sure if the "hard drive" in this mini laptop is removable or not. So I can't say if it's easily reaprable Hard Drive is my best guess though.

If you can't turn on your tablet, just look at the video. shows you exactly what you need to do.
Same one i have and its a company defect. RCA shouldn't sell junk!
I'm sure there is an issue but mine happened because I had to change the screen. I'm guessing that I just have to solder the button back on properly. IT's possible that it gets loose from use very easy. I'm just not willing to reopen it to do it
