Damn rusty good as point my guy. Man I usually don't forget stuff like that in my videos. Thats why I need your input on this channel my guy. Excellent damn point they hit us over the head with those other fees on the brand new ones.
Plus used from private seller also allows for more negotiation. Dealers at this point are barely negotiating and if they do it’s very little. Private seller has pros and cons but definitely gives you the opportunity to get it lowered.
Going into the video I wasnt even expected to see all that. If you notice my genuine reaction I was kinda in shock. Man F that people have to wait it out and buy new. Paying somebody almost 11k for a 600. No no no
Same where I live. For used they're asking the I want ALL my money back and then some pricing for private sale and the dealers.... They're asking for the moon. It was a no brainer for me last year to buy new, that's what I did.
Brian i think you made the right move. Most time in my life with cars I always say buy used and get a deal. But with this ryker situation its buy new all day in my opinion.
Naw my guy. You can get a new 900 ryker for the same price as these folks charging for used 2019 600. People have to wait it out and get a new ryker when they become available
Man tell me about it. I was kinda in shock. How can you charge over 10k for a used 600 when you can get a new 900 for the same price. I was actually in shock.
I see a comment a new Ryker is hard to get you should do a video on that cause that's something I would like to know why is a Ryker hard to get and is this the reason why they have the used ones priced so high.
The entire bike and car industry is having issues with parts. But damn these prices on used one are straight crazy. But you know me ill be doing follow up videos getting to the bottom of things. Lol
I was talking to a dealer who wanted 17K for a new 2022 Ryker rally, it was nuts, I was like yeah, NO!! The other dealership I was dealing with was charging only a little over the MSRP, but this other place is crazy!
Man f that! I mean you buy used to save a buck. But I couldn't really find any saving as you saw in the video. I dont want anyone to pay 11k for a used 600. My new rally was around that 17k so I definitely know what you are talking about on that one.
Man they knocking people over the head. In 2019 I bought one of the first Ryker rally’s w/max mount and full passenger seat in Illinois also, out the door for $10,527.
I’d buy used for 3 reasons only from a dealership. First the engine would be broken in, 2nd the price is only gonna go up on new ones, 3rd BRP generally gives extended warranties. Their engines are built like a tank! Trust me, I got a 2019 with 23,000 miles and she’s a beast
@@c8pate744 after market warranties on anything is all insurance that u already have. Scams. Call BRP directly, that’s what I do and they always look out for the cookout!
Some of the questions I be thinking to ask by the end of the video you always end up saying everything I be about to ask you.I wanted to know is a new one almost the same price as these used ones and you already explained it without me asking. as long as you watch to the end you explain everything in detail.
I just bought mine and cost $17000. Price is $13900 but they add shipping putting it together DMV cost so that brings it up. But if you bought 20 or 21 and add to it you would be near that price. That's my opinion
Yes but you purchased a rally not a regular 600 or 900. The new rally is a completely different conversion in my opinion. You can get a brand new regular 900 for the price of a used 600. Thats all im saying. So might as well buy a new 900 or 600

I bought a 2022 Ryker Rally with only forty-one miles onit from Powersports of Carol Stream near Chicago. It has the folding passenger seat, a Can Am windshield, driver floor boards, and came with an uninstalled, brand new Sling Mods Jockey shifter. It also has the Sling Mods upgraded red sway bar installed. $11,000 out the door. I bought it on December 18, 2023. Had to drive 140 miles one way with a rented U-Haul trailer, but it was a hell of a deal. You read that correctly. A 2022 Ryker Rally with fourty one (41) miles and many extras for $11,000 out the door. I looked at a 2022 Ryker Rally with roughly 2300 miles on it with a folding passenger seat and a Power Commander installed at Clinton Harley Davidson in Clinton, Iowa for $10,000. It also has the Sling Mods Jockey shifter installed. They still have it in their basement where they store motorcycles as of today. It won't last long.
I was in the market for a used 900 and private sellers are asking 12 to 14k in Chicago area. After speaking with a few listings they are saying they are trying to break even. Seems like all these bikes have come from motor sport dealers who financed people with high interest and now they are trying to get out of them. So if the private market is asking more to get out of the bikes, then the used bikes at dealers can stay high, thus pushing new models which makes more sense. Sounds like a vicious artificial circle.
Totally agree. At some point these 2019 and 2020 900s will sell used for 5 to 7k. That's what they are worth. Until then, new is they way to go for now.
Yeah - Gotta look hard and sometimes for a while. I finally found a dealer in Seattle with a few base older 900 models (2021s) with zero to low mileage. Most of the used bikes were rykers from the driving classes with only a few hundred miles that were flooding their inventory. I got my 21 Ryker 900, plain jane - an older model, but brand new out of the box - zero miles on the odometer - for 7K
Good luck even buying a new one. Supply is down, big time. The dealer I go to the on a regular basis has no f-3S on the floor! Things are really screwed up in the supply chain. The chain is broken. Dude, I sold cars/ bikes my whole life. Trust me things are really screwed up in the marketplace!

I am in the market, in the near future, for a 900 ryker sport because it has a cruise control. I am waiting for the crazy Covid to be over and the products to be back to normal. I refuse to pay dealer or any private seller for crazy money for a machine that depreciates.
