I'd rather see Blue Valentine alone than on a date or something, lord that would be an uncomfortable depressing date.
I agree.
I think it would be a good and difficult movie to watch with your significant other. Not for entertainment, because it’s so real.
😂 fr 😭 it just ain't the same without her
I actually watched it with this girl for our first date. We ended up seeing each other for a minute lol
i just watched blue valentine and it made me cry too, such an emotional but realistic film. ryan gosling and michelle williams both deserve their props for their roles!
Blue valentine ending still to this day gives me chills..
*you always hurt the one you love...the one...you shouldn't hurt at all*
Spain without the S 😔
And now she's working with the director. Kudos, Alicia :)
Blue valentine is so realistic and depressing omg
ooh alicia, i love you
She's great. So genuine and 'normal'.
I always think Swedish people sound really British
+jake frost perhaps might be because their English teachers/professors come from the UK
***** oh okay! hmm the mystery of the british-esque accent continues..
+Smthrelf Smthrelf We, or I at least, don't really learn to speak a certain way, it's just when it comes to the spelling a choice between british and american has to be made. (It's quite natural that it's british in that case, when you think geographically, historically and much of pop culture until the last two generations or so). All my teachers up to the last year were swedish, then I had an american. She thought I wrote in a weird way, and maybe I do!
I would like to know other swedes you think sound british, if you know any names, because that was the first thing I thought when I heard Alicia - so, I wasn't prepared for it.
It's cause she moved to London (and still lives) and speaks English with a kind of British accent
***** that's really interesting!
Great taste. Blue Valentine is my favourite movie, I love it so deeply. Everyone should watch it
The title of this is silly. Lots of people see movies alone. You only need your eyes, ears and brain to process a movie, not another's. It's better than being one of these people who act like they can't function without someone else holding their hand through every little thing in life.
Her voice is gorgeous and unique.
what a weird title. i actually go see movies alone especially for moving and sad ones. you can appreciate your feeling after watching that kind of movies better if you watch alone. there's nothing strange, nothing eccentric about that.
HER VOICE!!!!!!!
Stunning.
Cried on ukulele scene? Wait until the end, you will probably ended up in emergency room
She gave her best performance in Light between the oceans ans she made the movie Danish girl work!
Snubbed for both Ex Machina and Light between the oceans.
hollywood's it girl
Yeah, it's one of those movies that I'm happy about to have watched alone...
🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎼🎻 Mr. Ryan
Blue Valentine depressed me so much!!!
Well that’s a weird question to ask
I wonder if her and Fassbender will have babies?
+bohne1978 No, they won't
fassbender is disgusting, she looks like 13, what a perfect match.
+Hyun Zoo Choi Disgusting? She's 27 you fucking moron.
+D'Ascoyne I know, but she certainly "looks like" 13, you idiot. Fassbender is famous for beating up ex girlfriend, drink and party hard, doesn't care how others feel and make them feel embarrassed by his childish, crazy Irish behavior.
+Hyun Zoo Choi It doesn't matter how old she looks, she's still 27. So why did you call him disgusting? And he didn't beat up his ex, the charges were dropped. The rest of your bs is just more unsubstantiated slander.
When I first saw her I thought she was half-Black
Good to know. Thanks for sharing
Both her parents are very much Swedish ethnicity, and Alicia reminds me of quite many Swedish women I've seen.. Only her eyes lack the blue/green that the majority of Swedes have, the rest of her looks 100% swedish traits.
Great English for a foreigner.
+Master Funny thing is that most scandinavian people have better English that most brits. They have great pronunciation.
Kevadooch A big percentage of people speak such informal, colloquial, English. It's really a problem.
+Kevadooch Funny thing is I went there and that is entirely untrue. Nice try though.
+Kevadooch That's fucking nonsense.
Fark You went to the whole of "Britain" did you? From the very North to the very South? If you actually had done that you would have experienced predominantly regional, colloquial accents. Going to London for a weekend doesn't make you an expert.
Wtf with the accent
Alicia Vicanter talk too much. Too many presentations with too little interest.
