The House Hunting journey continues. In this week's Weekly Vlog hubby and I went to view two potential homes, I did my relaxed hair wash day routine featuring Olaplex, and we had some lunch dates - I mean what else is there to do in Joburg except go to nice restaurants and look at the concrete parking lots... Hahahaha...

I loved that first house 😍 Pity about the domestic quarters and the neighbourhood though. I can’t wait until you guys pick The One and take us along for the journey 🤩 You didn’t ask but some ideas of non-restaurant things to do in JHB: sip and paint or a couples cooking class at the Discovery studios 🧡

Hey Zizi, budget helps the agent to not show you too much above your price range and also not too low. Speaking for myself, knowing the buyers budget doesn't mean I'll keep negotiating up for the seller, I need be where the buyer feels comfortable. It's purely so we don't waste each others time. For example cant show you a R5mill house when you can only afford R2mill and below. 😘
That first house’s staff quarters just left me so disappointed. It doesn’t even look like it’s the same house let alone same yard.
