But sir yai phir chemistry main while doing moles calculation we have to change the volume in cm^3 to dm^3 tu wo kyun phir jab apko Yahan volume cm^3 main hi Lena hai
@@AmarKumar-xi7ms Over here we are using C1V1 = C2V2. Yahan pe we are ratios lag rahay hain. So units don’t matter. If you use C = n / v. Tab convert karna parhega
If you dilute solutions by different factors, it’s simple or proportional dilution. For e.g. you can prepare 0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8 Moldm-3 sucrose solutions using 1.0 moldm-3 sucrose solution. In serial dilution, you dilute solutions by same factor. For e.g. You dilute 1.0 to 0.5, then 0.5 to 0.25 then 0.25 to 0.125 and so on. Concentration is reduced to half at each step.
Very well explained ❤❤
Life saver Sir 💯
Thanks a lot sir
thank you
Sir but hum saare values of Volumes and concentration ko aik unit main nhi lein like all values should be in dm^3 or cm^3 ?
Volumes are taken in cm3. Concentration will be in mol/dm3
Or concentration could be in percentage. For e.g. 5% glucose solution.

Okay, sir understood thank you ☺️🙂
AOA sir, upload for proportional dilution, respirometer and photorespirometer😇
Daniyal, proportional and simple dilution are same.
